Great location. Close to supermarket fuel station for onward journey.

No outside space to sit

Nice quiet location. Easy access to hotel and room. Comfortable beds.. Decent breakfast.. Friendly and helpful morning staff. We'll happily stay here on route to South France again.

No complaints here. Yes, the hotel would benefit from some investment and decorating but that didn't bother us.

Just off the main highway. A nice continental breakfast is served to set you up to continue your journey for the day

Good secure overnight parking...super comfy bed and super shower...room was clean and spacious... ...and very quiet at night zzz...great value for money and dog friendly...will definitely be back... Darren ⚓️??

Easy to get to from the motorway. We booked 2 rooms, 1 for us and 1 for our teenage children. The manager was great at trying to get us 2 rooms together. The rooms were basic but comfortable enough for a nights sleep whilst travelling. The shower was great, hot and powerful with clean towels and sachets of hair/body wash

Having booked this a few weeks before our stay, we turned up to find the entire hotel was shut. At no point did the hotel bother to contact us via booking.com to tell us this was the case, so we had nowhere to stay. No refund was offered, and after four weeks, still haven’t managed to get my money back. Service has been horrendous, I would avoid if I were you!

Good location, 10-15 mins walk to some places to get dinner. Can’t beat the price. Its very basic but did its job as a cheap overnight stay whilst driving back from Spain

The outside could be a bit more inviting, run a mower over the outside and trim the trees. We stayed here about 5 years ago and I do t think anyone’s done anything outside since.

Hotel closed with no warning. Completely abandoned. Utterly appalled by such behaviour.

Arrived at the hotel at 9pm only to discover the entire hotel was closed. There was a paper sign on the door - only written in French (which I fortunately can mostly understand) saying, sorry, the hotel was closed due to a water leak. I was with my three children, one of whom is mentally disabled, stuck outside of the hotel in the car park with nowhere to stay. At no point was I contacted to be warned the hotel was closed or offered any alternative. When I managed to get through to someone on the phone (thanks to another French couple who were also stranded) I was told they had sent me a text message (!!) which I had (and still have) no record of receiving and that this was the only communication they had made. They never checked I had received the message and said they sent a text as I didn’t answer my phone (they left no voicemail, sent no email, and seemingly made no effort to contact booking.com). And then they made no effort to secure me and my family alternative accommodation other than to give me an incorrect phone number so I was left stranded in their car park, alone with my family frantically trying to book us beds for the night. In the end we had to drive to Amiens, an hour out of our way, to get to another Premier Classe hotel as we couldn’t afford anything else. Absolutely appalling treatment. I expect a full refund of the hotel I was then forced to book and petrol. Will I get it? Pigs will fly first. Avoid this hotel. You don’t treat anyone like this, let alone paying guests.

It was fairly clean and available. When almost all other hotels were sold out, we were grateful to find availability. When we arrived it became obvious why it was at the bottom of everyone’s list.

It was hard to find, our room was small and crowded, the bed was very low to the ground and had a thin mattress. I know most hotels have no AC like the U.S. but the one window we had was built to only open a few inches which didn’t provide enough ventilation.

Disappointing stay. Booked budget but this was very poor.

Room smelt of damp. No working fan in the internal bathroom. Decor very dated. No staff available on arrival. Had to enter details on a machine to retrieve room key. Our room key did not drop for us. Thankfully, the guys behind us got it with their key. Also, booked two rooms but only one key. Wasn’t until we were in the room we realised the second room was interconnecting and the key had been left for us inside. Very confusing start! Did not feel a relaxed stay. Clothes smelt after sleeping in the bed. Breakfast was very basic. Not great at all. Will not use this company again.

Room dirty, not cleaned from previous occupants. No towels ,no sheets, no toilet rolls. We have stayed here before but this was a real disappointment. No one answered our calls or available to help at 21.10.

Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. You couldn't get a hot drink after 20.00hrs or before 08.00hrs because the staff had gone.

Well located, easy parking, clean and comfortable.

Very basic, tv didn’t work, noisy - got woke at 2am but some woman shouting, basic breakfast

The receptionist was especially helpful and always smiled even though she seemed to have a heavy workload,!

The hotel would benefit from an upgrade - everything seems neglected. I think that with a little improvement, the hotel could charge more.

Peaceful. Good clean room and bathroom.

No tea or coffee in room. No vending machines for people arriving later. No local bars or restaurants.
