- Small lift, couldn't get my mobility scooter in, no tea/coffee making facilities in room.
- Our friends single room was very basic and small.. best to pay a bit more and get a more comfortable room. Also the bunk beds in the family room had no safety barrier so wouldn't allow my children to sleep on them

The breakfast was amazing - delicious everyday. Same with the staff - extremely helpful and friendly.
Room itself was very old school and tiny, but overall okay. Just looks better on the pictures. The entrence to our room door was connected with another one - awkward. There was no real shower but that's tipical, also the room service just walked into our room without knocking or anything. After that, just a knock on the door and entering - no privacy. The beach view was the parking lot view in reality.

The shower in toilet was attached to a toilet seat. It’s very time that you cannot fit into the room. Disgusting. There was dust everywhere and the room looked shabby and dirty. We stayed one night without a light bulb, the reception lady was not bother to changed it and next morning she came.Would not recommend anyone to stay in the hotel. IT IS THE WORSE HOTEL THAT I EVER STAYED IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

location was perfect for Slamdunk Italy festival - can only recommend it, had a nice little balcony - perfect for a little aperitivo session
room itself was very old school and tiny, but sufficient. There was no real shower - there was a shower curtain and you basically showered between BD and toilet - everything was wet afterwards
