Pros +
- Staff was great, and location isn't bad.
- Great location on the beachfront. The centre with shops and restaurants is a 3 minute walk and so is the bus station with connection to Rimini. There is also a train station close by (less than a 10min walk).Staff is very friendly and helpful.There are some parking spaces available next to the hotel + there are more spaces at a remote location. There is a staff member responsible for parking and he takes you to the remote parking and back to the hotel with car.The rooms are spacious enough and the balcony as well. The towels are changed daily.

- Only 2 persons in whole hotel speak English, and I had to park my car in alleyway and give my keys to reception, but when we were checking out, reception claimed that they got no keys of other cars, I barely got out. Even water in the restaurant is charged, and portions of some meals were too small. If you're non Italian person, I would not recommend that you come here. Room was ok, but overall hotel policy was horrible.

The beach service was not available due to the full capacity of the hotel; it is necessary to book in advance, which we were not notified. However, the hotel staff was very helpful in resolving this inconvenience, for which they deserve our thanks.
