B&B HOTEL Bordeaux Centre Bègles

The bed was so good. The room is also simple and comfortable.

I couldn’t connect internet, because of security of my phone maybe. But I needed more support from staff.

Clean comfortable beds. Market nearby.

Minimal restaurants nearby. Breakfast available at the hotel for 12 euros.

Great location next to the tram so really easy to get to Bègles market or Bordeaux city centre, convenient parking with direct access to the hotel.

It’s very very basic and the bathroom was in need of an update (eg toilet not securely attached to wall)

The location and simplicity of check-in, parking and breakfast.

The bed was a bit hard.

The staff was particularly helpful from the very beginning. They are young and professional. I had a problem with the basin in my room and the guy in the evening service solved it very fast. At the arrival time (a bit before check in hour) there was a lady waiting for me that had every detail I needed ready. At the time of check out, the person was also willing to help, and, most importantly, with a smile and a relaxed feeling. The BB is simple but clean, well organized, and there is a stop of the tram just in front.

Perfect location, large room, very good breakfast. All is goodI recommend

Fairly simple, good value hotel not far from the bus/train station. Staff were friendly and there was underground parking for a fee which was good as parking was difficult in the area around the hotel. It wasn´t so easy to drive to the hotel entrance or park/stop the car in front of the hotel because of traffic lights etc. Tram is right there though.

Area close to the hotel does not offer much.

The lovely friendly welcome I got when I arrived. Large very clean room and bathroom. Crisp sheets. Hearty breakfast with lots of choice and a tram stop right outside to the station.

The closeness to the tram. The friendliness and very helpful. Clean and had everything I needed.I will book again and tell my friends.

Clean, not so expensive, close to the tram and easy to use

Probably the location which made me feel a bit insecure

Clean and basic, close to tram for the city. Supermarket close by and a couple of food shops

Nothing to report

Nothing really, maybe the 24h front desk.

Extremely basic, and expensive for what it was. Aircond didn't work, very hard bed, dirty towels and sheets. We were woken up by the wall moving behind our heads as the cleaning staff was working on in room next door.

Everything was superbly clean. Hotel was quiet. Lots of transport links close by. Excellent price and reception desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Needs a comfortable chair in the room other than the working area chair.

Underground secure car park. Tram service opposite hotel. Supermarket 1 minute walk away.

No bar. Basic room. Neighbourhood a bit down market.

Location just off the tram stop. Clean and big rooms

clean and comfortable easy to get to by tram and good breakfast

tv controls were not working properly

Well located

Smell cigarettes, bed hard lite stone

Convenient for Bordeaux

Noise room, poor breakfast, unsafe and dirty streets around the hotel, did see a rat running around

This was Ryanair version for hotels. Bad value for money.

I understand that B&B is low-price hotel chain, but at the reception wasn't even bottle opener for wine. In the Bordeaux... No wine opener. Really? Also in the check out morning cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8.30 AM to check if we have already left and she can start cleaning. During the breakfest some of the staff was obviously in a bad mood.

Everything is closed to the place tram, shops etc
