Ibis Styles Bordeaux Beglès Arena

Lovely modern and hip hotel in great proximity to the Arkea Arena. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the parking felt secure. I liked the little table over the bed, haha.

Uncomfortable

Prostitutes in there vans next door to rhe hotel, very uncomfortable leaving and returning to the hotel. Red light district.

Pretty affordable in this city and overall a pleasant experience, especially if you include the breakfast (which is fine, nothing exceptional). Very easy access by car and if you do not mind travelling by bus or walking the city centre is close by.

At this price point nothing really. The hotel is situated next to a busy road, which thanks do some good sound insulation is not an issue, if you want to open your window it is pretty loud though. There is nothing in the immediate area with regards to shopping or dining so you have to get to a busier area first.

The pillows was to hard for us, and the room hasn’t noise isolating.

The hotel has a restaurant and a bit outside from center. They have a free parking space which is nice. The hotel was nicely decorated throughout and room had a window which we can open to get fresh air. We had a dinner in the restaurant which offered a course. The food was good. The breakfast was also very good.

The location is a bit far from the old center. We walked about 45 minutes to get major attraction. There are trans and buses but the station was a bit of walk. I had to clean toilet first. The seat was not cleaned and bowl was dirty.

The room was comfy and the breakfast was really good. The bus into town was close and convenient and parking was plentiful.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom. Maybe the plumbing. Was it not for this we would have given the hotel a 9.

Spacious room and excellent breakfast. Walkable distance to the train station.

The breakfast was great & the air conditioning in the room.

Dirty stained toilet, tiny & dark room, small window overlooking an office building, sticky and smelly.

Excellent breakfast and great staff. The room was very comfortable with AC. Free onsite parking.

The location is great and the staff is wonderful.

I missed pet zones. There are none, and we had to take our dogs to a park quite a walk away for them to do their business.

Very polite and kind staff (very rare in France!). Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Super clean hôtel.

You can smell cigarettes in the corridor. Not in the room though.

My electrical sockets didn’t work in the room - the lamps did, and I was able to use a USB charger.

Decided to extend stay , but was charged over €20 per night extra ,no reason given for increasing cost ,even didnt go thru booking. com

The accommodation standard was what one would expect from the Ibis brand. The staff were friendly and the breakfast enjoyable, with reasonable choices on offer. The room was of good size and ticked all the boxes. We'd definitely stay again. The city was accessible via bus/tram rather than using our car which was left in the hotel's free parking lot.
