Very friendly owners and staff. Very clean, very quiet. Right on the beach. People are kite/wind surfing.Close to markets and restaurant.Once, understood the buses, easy to get around. We are on foot, bus dropped us off in fromt of the hotel.

Location was right on the beach and room had a small fridge, but other facilities in the room were basic but clean and tidy. Good location if you want to visit outside of Rome and along the southern coastline. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant closes in the off season so check if you were wanting to eat in, there are however lots of restaurants within an easy drive and set breakfast is served.

Facilities were basic so make sure you understand this before you book and are happy, also check restaurant available as only open seasonally. Could do with some maintenance to bathroom shower screen

I loved the room. It was spacious and very well decorated. The balcony and bathroom was very big too. When I ve arrived , I noticed that it was not main light in the room, as they were using 3 lampshade in all the room. The important is that it was a light :). breakfast was lovely, typical italian. I ve also ejoyed an amazing dinner at their restaurant

We felt very good, and I could say best on the first impressions arriving at the property. It went better than expected ...The hotel is not luxurious and is a bit outdated, but it is very clean and spacious. Looks like a family business, and I think they are trying very hard to improve the aesthetics of the hotel inside and outside.. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. We travelled as a family of 4, and we were expecting a room with 2 double beds, we stayed in a 2 room apartment. We basically had an extra room, which was great, having more space and more privacy. Sea side balcony, amazing ?. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were offered.The food was good, mostly above 8 or 9 and prices normal for the area. Friendly staff and they have a menu in English, mentioned as other restaurants in the area where we had dinner hadn't..This is not an international turistic area like Rome!Breakfast is nothing like English breakfast or continental. It's more based on sweet pastry, but it's a nice touch.2 shops close by if needed. And just 45 min drive to Rome. I have seen a bus going by for Rome.Parking right next to the hotel.Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented at the property at a very reasonable cost.

Could do with of maintenance specially on the outside of the building and the front beach.

Very good location, right next to the sea, there is a private parking. Welcoming, kind, friendly staff. Speak English. Clean, tidy room. Good breakfast. Only 40 minutes drive from the airport.

There was no hair dryer in the room.

Very good food in the restaurant. The hotel is located directly on the beach. The personnel is kind and helpful. There are persons with very good English.

I could see the sea and sunset from my balcony.

Every guest has to show ID if they wanted to share my balcony

Missed something salty for breakfast

I loved this hotel!It is on a shore of the sea, beautiful place. It is relatively close to the airport (30 minutes driving). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance and the sphere are nice.The bed was good, it was a clean room. There is a lift (important when travelling with a heavy suitcase).There is a free parking behind the hotel and also on a street.

It would have been so much nicer if there had been an employee around who spoke English or German. I can only think of two people who did and they were hardly there during the day. For that reason many situations became quite stressful. At the hotels in Rome it was different. The receptionist who was there during the day always spoke English and that was really helpful.

It didn't look like a 3 stars Hotel. It was better than many 4 stars.Anyways, it doesn't have WiFi. That's a bit annoying
