- Breakfast was very good. Room recently remodeled and clean. Probably not a bad place to stay in winter but definitely not when it is not cold outside as we found THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN 3 OUT OF 3 ROOMS despite what the website says (see below under "what I did not like")
- dilapidated hotel squeezing out last EUR of customers. Lobby is Ok, Breakfast room is decent
Cons -
- I was upset my passport had been stolen and had been stuck in paris without my husband and daughter and 3 staff came over to state at me and made me feel even worse while being visibly upset.
- The hotel refused admission and said I need to pay the room charges first. I showed them that I have paid the full room rental in advance but they were not willing to listen even after showing all the proof. After 2 hr they finally accepted their mistake
- From the moment we entered the (hot, stuffy) room, we knew there would be a problem. The AC did not appear to be operational, so we went downstairs and requested a remote at the front desk. We were told that only a few of the rooms had working AC, and that ours most likely did not, but that we could not be switched to another room because none were available. We were advised not to popen the windows, either, because of mosquitos. This was during a heat wave, with temps in the low to mid-80s. That night, the heat and lack of air became unbearable, and just to he able to breathe, we opened one of the windows slightly. Instantly, a horde of mosquitos flew in and started biting us. It was one of the worst hotel nights we have ever had. We got less than two hours' sleep, and emerged the next morning to catch our flight, sleepless and covered in mosquito bites. Only one of the two elevators was working, which made for a long and crowded wait at check-out. In our dazed state, we left one of our bags behind and in order to retrieve it, had to miss our flight and take a later one. A real nightmare!

Being a frequent traveler in France, I always check to make sure there is air conditioning as it is not a given in French hotels. The website said this hotel had a/c. However, after trying 3 different rooms we found there wasn't any. The 20+ year old individual units are on the wall but they did not work: ROOM 1: thermostat was dead ROOM 2: thermostat was gone and wires were sticking out of the wall ROOM 3: a/c turned on but just made noise - no air came out.So we finally resorted to opening the one small window in the third room as it was unbearably hot, even though it was only a 25 degree Celsius day (77 F) in mid-May. This helped but then in the evening, the insects started flying in. So we had a choice: suffer the heat or get bitten. We ended up with numerous mosquito bites, a first in my many years of travel.SO UNLESS IT IS WINTER, THIS HOTEL IS JUST NOT AN OPTION.
dilapidated hotel squeezing out last EUR of customers. Lobby is Ok, Breakfast room is decent
Good sized room, good quiet location close to the motorway (but needs better directions), very good staff and a friendly atmosphere. Very comfortable bed, and effective heating. Good breakfast buffet. Ample parking. Good grassy verge that runs right round the small block the hotel is in: good for dog exercising/toileting.
Okay, this is economy accommodation but it's a bit too pared back. No bottles of water in the room: you have to fetch water yourself instead from a fountain in reception, and only 200ml paper cups provided, nothing bigger. Also no kettle, no fridge, no extra blankets, no internal phone. Bit too strict about not letting dogs in the breakfast room. A good compromise - which many other hotels offer - is to set up some tables/chairs directly outside the breakfast room for the use of guests with dogs.
The staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful.
The hotel had a horrible smell. There was also construction being commenced upon on our floor, which wasn't mentioned before booking the room. It was dirty, not appealing and I did complain to the staff and even considered changing hotels if it had not been for the fact that we were there for a wedding happening at the event hall right across the street. We also found a roach in our room which made us double secure all of our belongings every time we left the hotel room.
The room was big and comfortable. The staff was helpful, also for reserving a taxi and giving various hints.
Small thing: an electric kettle in the room would and excellent improvement, at a small cost.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with fresh pastries, fruit, cheese, ham, hot drinks, fruit juice and on one of my mornings a cooked option. Great location for overnight stay near Orly airport.Italian restaurant opposite and restaurant in the hotel both served good well priced meals.Good parking at no extra charge. Easily accessible (but be careful of the Paris low emission zone and critair requirements for greater Paris). Good towels in shower Clean open reception area and bar. Very welcoming.
The lights on the wall in my bedroom were broken, the smell outside the ascenseurs was very strongly perfumed.Shower room door old and damaged at the bottom.Plug in the basin was broken
Bad
My guests was there two nights , the hotel was average and then we lost our gold ornaments box there, we are sure that we forgot in our room but when I contacted them they said that they didn't get anything.
Friendly staff
Old fashion hotel. All hotel need to be refreshed. Carpet in the room halls smell really bad. Room also smell old. They tried to cover the smell with automatic perfume dispenser which make the odor even worse... Can not open the door in the room because it is crazy noisy due the highway just beside.
It was clean
The air con did not work, we all left bitten to pieces from possible bed bugs
Friendly staff
The rooms smelled like mould and had no functioning air conditioning.
Bad
Our reservation was not in their system, it was 01:00 am and instead of giving us the room they "offered" us to wait in the lobby room until they receive confirmation from Booking. We had to book a new room, and dealing with the risk of being invoiced twice.Room was humid, not possible to open the window because of mosquitos. Humidity was because of a faulty air conditioning, leaking on the ground (and ofc the sound of dripping water). Overall it was cheap experience.
Kind staff
The breakfast was poor. No fresh orange juice despite the machine. The rooms had a very unpleasant vibe with all the neon colours. I’m used to having nice Ibis Styles hotels, but this one was one the poorer side of the ones I’ve been to
Friendly and fast checkin
Breakfast was very poorRestaurant isn't open in the weekends
Very good location, pretty close to Orly if you travel by car.Breakfast was varied and tasty, available from 6AM to 10AM.Small coffee maker in a room.

Comedy, the lack of work .Was Comedy. Not be able to serve cocktails when haven a menu cocktail as option and the bar .
Not good desk service, ?. The receptionist didn't speak any English and was very slowly to respond. The car park is good. However, it was not easy to drive out.
