Hotel de Berny

The property is as described. As seen in photos. It was good for 2 nights. And lots of options to eat and shop close By. BookParking early.

Can feel a little dated. But it serves the purpose.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly!

We arrived at the hotel at 14:20, but the room wasn’t ready. We were told it would take about an hour to prepare. The hotel has only 10 parking spots, which cost €10 per night. I made sure to reserve a spot, but when I returned later that night, I found out they had given it to someone else. I didn’t pay for the parking, as they offered it as compensation for the delay in getting the room ready.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk man who made us feel at home right away. He was a former resident of New Jersey. I think his name was Rasheed. Anyways, he was lovely and generous and he even held one of our bags while we went to dinner next door because I forgot to run it up initially. He put us in a beautiful room and we really appreciated the macaroons and chocolates that were waiting for us. This stay was very restorative after traveling in Europe for 2 weeks.

Breakfast is fantastic. Lots of choices. Even Juicer for fresh squeezed orange juice! Also, there is a mini bar in the room with water, juice and welcome cookie :)

The bathroom would be better equipped with more higher end soap, gels and shampoo

Lots of nice attentions (like a welcome note and some macarons)We were upgraded with a bigger room and free drinks from the mini bar

Friendly service, spacious room, comfortable bed.

Stayed in superior room, spacious, good air con, lovely restaurant next door, easy access to metro/ tram system only a few mins walk away - easy to get to Versailles roughly 20 mins by taxi too

Security on door at night - we were advised that we would need to buzz in at reception to get door opened but arrived home late each night and could walk straight in - better security on door needed to stop random people being able to walk in the doorApart from that - was a great stay!

Hotel was ok.

We paid Olympic prices, triple as normal. Aditionally tourist fee. That was nt worth it at all.

Poor airconditioning. No food service beyond 10.30pm.

The location was very good. The RER station is very close and easy to access the central of Paris. My room faced the backyard so it was very quiet. Their hospitality was so wonderful. Also, the staffs were very friendly. The utility was very sufficient to stay as business.

The furnishings in the room were not in great condition, but bed was comfy enough.

We were welcomed with local sweets in our room and a personalized greeting card. Very good location, closed to rer B line station, right off the A86 with parking

Hotel was nice with a good location. Parking is available, but was a touch complicated, since the undergroung parking is used by many in the area, including apartments. Breakfast very nice.

The parking directions could be better. The bar area was not always with personnel from the hotel, so one had to wait for a drink. They could use more help at the reception, since only one person was there.

Property is dated and the room we were given could have used some maintenance (i.e. couple broken tiles in the bathroom). Room service food only included food that was pre-made and stored in jars.

Close to RER station, restaurants and huge park, clean, friendly staff, unrequested room upgrade, large modern room with big bathroom.

Staff is amazingly nice. Room are spacious and nice. They placed some toys and books for my daughter, so thoughtful!

The parking is very narrow.

They kept a promise from my last visit and delivered it on this stay. Only had that happen once before from an uber 5 star hotel in Asia. Really reassuring and helpful. Well done to the Hotel Berny team. Thank you!

Smell in lobby and room. Old furniture gives impression of poor tidiness. No lobby where u can work together. No resturant, no space outdoor (belongs to restaurant next with same name). Moises (big ones) in small green area in front of the hotel and next to the restaurant. They say it’s the garbage qnd they cannot do anything about it :-0. 179 euros per night per single room plus 14 breakfast plus 10 garage is simply absurd for such an accomodation. Got dozen fo emails from the structure before my arrival on my biz emaialAddress for marketing the same services i haven t asked for.

A lot of thinks starting from moises colony in. Front pf the hotel and moquette and smell in the lobby and in the rooms (smoke)
