restaurant position. underground was not my liking.

The room was supposed to have a good view but instead we got a rock wall, room was dirty and when we ask the staff to change it they said that the hotel was full booked , sincerely we stayed the whole 3 nights because we didn’t have the option to change our flight back to rome and the hotel didn’t have cancellation but it was the worse hotel that we stayed in our trip, also was really far away from everything, just to go to a restaurant we had to drive like 30 mins and to the beach even more.

The property was comfortable, and there was all the amenities of a hotel.

View was not great from our room, we were looking at a wall, the drive there was awful, someone scratched amour car in the parking. They also charge for towels at the pool, and they don’t offer a lot of options for people with allergies at the breakfast.

The reception staff were exceptional. We made an error getting into cab and not the shuttle bus...but, they did not treat us like idiots and were very understanding.Great sense of humour. They did absolutely everything they could for us to make us comfortable.The rooms were great. Really clean. The room servicing fitted in with our plans and was just what we needed.

Sadly the breakfast options were the least interesting and tempting of the 5 hotels we had stayed in during our week stay. Very limited hot options. No potatoes, tomatoes, sausages, fish.Such a shame.We were disappointed the cocktail bar and roof terrace was not open. The temp was 30o...our holiday was continued but the hotel was clearly shutting down.Finally. We had to leave at 7am but could not get an expresso coffee before we left the reception was dark and there was certainly no coffee to be had. We were disappointed.

This is an excellent hotel, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very good, spacious with a comfortable bed, good toiletries and shower. Breakfast was excellent; good, varied food and helpful staff. Overall we loved our stay. Fantastic view from the third floor room.

Not being able to bring drinks into our room is odd; we thought a little dictatorial in the paperwork about what we could and couldn’t do. No coffee in the bedroom was as little strange. The restaurant was a little bit of a letdown.

The hotel is secluded, which can be a pro and a con . Thankfully we travelled by car so it was pretty easy. We found the concierge to be lovely, and we were given the room in no time at all. The room for a family of five was adequately spacious; bathroom was nice. Breakfast is continental, and although there were scrambled and hard boiled eggs, and a few sausages. The Italian sweets were delicious. We had dinner at Il Gattopardo, and the food and service were impeccable. Parking was very easy, right outside the hotel; the view from the hotel grounds is breathtaking.

As I said before, the hotel is pretty secluded, but a short drive leads you to the seaside. It is very easy to find, but the roads are winding and pretty scary and dark at night. Also , we had breakfast in an underground area, not in the Roof Garden. Our room was ground floor so we had no view of the sea - just the pool. Our experience was a little marred when a team of young teen boys came to the hotel - the noise at night with banging of doors and shouting next door meant we could not really sleep - we had to get up at 3:30am due to an early journey back home; but eventually someone came to stop them and we managed a couple of hours. All in all, we would stay there again as we loved the hotel and staff.

Operated like a luxury hotelbesutigul structure. Looked like a ball park . Staff was very friendly & helpful with directions.

The location was a bit out of the way. It said it only ,.4 miles away from the old Catania historic center. Took us half hour by car to get there. Must have been a different district center. Sm Too many kids in the pool.

The host is located with very comfortable beds, fully equipped. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room. With a large bathroom. Comfortable in all areas. Breakfast is not the best, but there is enough.

Absolutely nothing. A horrible experience

It was really dissatisfying experience. The walls are too thin and we could hear the next door passengers snoring and was waked up by the alarm next door also. They have clear rules about noises after 11 pm placed in reception and in the lift and they had a party by the pool till 1 am and we couldn’t sleep. They have rules they don’t comply with. Breakfast is horrible, all options are bad quality.

This is a nice hotel on a very good location if you are are travelling by car. Etna base station, Siracusa, Taormina and Catania are within one hour drive. Breakfast is ok, delicious croissants and great espresso are improving impression, but it is served in the basement restaurant with no windows, not on the rooftop, in the sunny and nice space as advertised and shown in the pictures, so you can not enjoy the great views during the breakfast.But, overall we would be satisfied with everything if we got the room we actually booked.

We booked a family room with three full size beds (one for a single person in the separate space), but instead, we got normal room, with one bed for two persons and spare bed instead of a regular one, which was not full-sized and which moved, if our daughter set on it and lean on the wall. When we complained to the manager, he said that they don't have available room like we booked, and that the one we got is also family room. In the time of booking the price of those two options was not the same, so in compensation, they offered us 5% discount, which we finally accepted BUT have never received, only thing we got was one free coca-cola from mini bar. So, be careful when booking, because, there is a possibility you wont get what you want.

The bar staff above the pool, were polite and helpful.

the air conditioning turned it self off every hour automatically, it was impossible to sleep because the temperature never went down in the room. I woke up every hour to turn it back on. the room walls were so thin you could hear everything in the rooms to the side and above and below. The breakfast was a disgrace. One of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. For the money, it was not good value whatsoever. 2* at best

Clean and neat. Nice fragrance in the corridors. Large free parking. Comfortable beds. Nice view from the room.

Not much choice for breakfast, available the minimum for continental breakfast. Only tea in the room, no coffee. Swimming pool opens in June.

We like its location, also the friendly staff. we had an awesome bartender

Staff was kind and helpful. Good location and views, nice bathroom and spacious shower.

bakery tasted cheap. Limited choices. I have seen B&Bs with better breakfasts. Americano and cappuccino really not good.

Big parking, friendly staff.

A bit noisy, you could hear others taking shower. Not a fan of Italian breakfast, very few choices.

Calm and clean. Family room had sufficient space.
