Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Great Location. Ample parking. Balcony was nice.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Extremely firm mattresses.

Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff

Confusing description of the location on booking.com website: there is no beach anywhere near the hotel. There is a rocky access to the sea nearby - but this is not the same as a beach nearby (which made me book this specific hotel). Very few staff members speak passible English. It makes it hard to solve any problem that may arise. The breakfast is a very high quality continental breakfast. Not a traditional breakfast that is offered in many other Italian hotels.

Breakfast had a nice variety of food and drink. It was free and included with the price of the room.

Dinner was a nice variety and good food, but we were a group of 6 and the front desk had a very very difficult time splitting the check for us. After happening twice we decided not to eat there any more.

We were lodged inthe old dependance with a semi-private terrace and s stunning view of the isola Lachea and i farglioni. The breakfast is genrous and succulent.

Very good location if you are travelling by car, close to Catania with easy access right on the road, ample free parking in front of the hotel. The view from the balcony of sea view room was fantastic. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious shower, small fridge, short walk to the Aci Trezza promenade with many restaurants - in short, everything you could need.

We wanted to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately there were no rooms available.

Great little friendly hotel. The breakfast was to die for and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We needed a place to stay after flying into Catania in the evening and it was easy to get to and very welcoming.

Parking available on the hotel grounds - ample space. Hotel needs some refurbishment but the rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is buffet and has a nice variety especially of pastries it was a busy morning when we were there and had to wait for the staff to top up the breakfast but eventually all was topped up. Short 10min walk to the sea side with restaurants were it was nice for dinner.

Tje staff are really friendly and the location is very good. We had a seaview room which was really beautiful and the room is always clean.

It had been wonderful if there was a bar where we could chill a bit after a full afternoon, however the location was very close to restaurants.
