4 Spa Resort Hotel

when I was at a hotel cleaners came to clean a room and I was happy but they had nowhere to throw papers that we ate on a table

This hotel was in a good position but the entrance was a little hard to find until you knew where it was. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great - the lady who made me coffee each day was amazing!

I don't think it is a 4 star resort. The phone in the room didn't work. We had to get the TV fixed. You have to pay to go to the gym and the pool deck chairs are not placed around the pool - for some reason - so you sit on the concrete.

We liked everything. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. We chose a room with a view and we were not disappointed.The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. The parking was spacious and the place was quiet.

Pretty clean, but janitor forgot to close our door after cleaning and touching our personal stuff during the cleaning (like clothes and bathroom supplies). For us it’s 100% unacceptable.

Location is awful. And indicator cost/location/quality is the worst that I ever seen. Also when I booked room wasn’t mentioned that spa and swimming pool isn’t available and included to the cost of booking (cost too high to ignore such moments). A lot of cheaper places suggest such options in costs. As result it was a list of reasons why we left this place after 3 nights instead of 7.

It was ok. The bed was hard, I guess that’s good for the back.

Felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I had to ask for minor things in my room. (Eg: no welcoming bottle of water, no kettle, no iron) the only thing in the mini fridge was normal water & sparking water, which were at a price.Additionally, the isolation is very poor. We could hear everything. Especially from the floor above us.

We arrived following confirmation of booking from the hotel in advance (24) hours, travelling from Malta to Siciliy, Italy.Hotel over booked accommodation, delayed communication and kept us waiting in reception before offering alternative accommodation, of '"same standard". Transferred to alternative hotel in central Catania, Siciliy, Italy, room offered not of the same standard or configuration, no swimming pool, no spa facilities and no on site restaurant.Complete lack of customer care, reception staff evasive and not truthful then left customers stranded without any care as to the problem of accommodation. To add insult to injury, prepaid hotel accommodation, not repaid, no return of communication leaving the only option to claim via credit card company to recover funds due to lack of services, Disgraceful !!

Booking.com contacted hotel accommodation recommended to waiver cancellation fee and repay booking fees, no communication no response, no care leaves you with the impression its a complete scam, beware they don't care if your left in the street !!

Large comfortable room with balcony. Great breakfast and free parking.

Food was great and staff were attentive and helpful.

The spa, gym, and pool weren’t open due to renovations. It would’ve been nice if it was clearly posted on their website and on booking.com.

The room is huge and beautiful design The pool was nice, big and beautiful And the hotel restaurant is good

Well instead of calling this place “4 spa hotel” it should named “no spa hotel”I was looking forward to try the spa at that hotel and that’s why I mainly booked it but the spa was closed and they didn’t mention that fact when i booked it, also no good beaches near and they closed the pool coz of the etna explode for one day, that of course i can understand but the day after only let me stay until 15:00 instead of giving me a late cheak out at 18:00

Nothing, bad hotel. Don't go there, lost of time and money.

Chose hotel because of wellness and WiFi both important to us, but both services were out of operation for the entirety of stay. Would have been good to know.

Very disappointing experience. There was no Wi-Fi at all, which was inconvenient. The TV didn't work, the breakfast selection was minimal and of poor quality, the staff were unhelpful, and the hotel felt outdated. Additionally, the telephone in the room didn't work, and there was no way to call reception. If I could rate this hotel a 0, I would. I do not recommend staying here.

Location was good , friendly staff

No pool facilities due to maintenance and was not advised prior to arrival or offered any other use of spa. No WiFi connection or information packs in the room , especially for in room dining.

When I checked in, I kindly asked the receptionist for a room on an upper floor. He informed me that none were available. However, when I attempted to enter my room, the lock was broken. Even with the housekeeper's help, it took considerable effort to open it. I returned to the reception to request a room change and was then given a room on the top floor, despite initially being told there were no rooms available there!!!!!!Additionally, there was no internet connection, which caused significant problems for me as I was on a business trip. The breakfast was very poor, and the bedsheets were full of hair from previous guests and were not changed daily. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. There were also loud noises from other rooms whenever doors were closed.

Not much ! Everything was Weired …maybe I was not Italian but this worst hotel experience I had in my entire life !!!!!!!

1) They have no internet and phone working even after 5 night stay. Can you believe in a first world country they say me that it is technical reason and it takes more than 5 days. I cannot buy this argument.2) reception people were unfriendly and trying to talk to them was futile. 3) Weirest was restaurant where they guy tried cheat me by serving simple pasta saying it is olio agloi peperrchino! How can you do this ! And they were ruleLike hell ! Never again to this place.Contexts: I am Indian origin swiss person and maybe this has something to do with it!

Large free parking. Not far from town and sea. Large rooms (superior). Good shower. Good pool. Good on-site restaurant. Great friendly staff.

No WiFi for 2 weeks despite hotel saying it was a fault of the provider. Other cafes, restaurants and Lidos in the area all had WiFi. At night, the rooms facing the sea smelled badly of sewage. 1sr few days had balcony table and chairs, next few days they all the tables disappeared…. Hotel said new ones were coming, they never arrived so we had balcony (that we paid extra money for, but could not use.

It was perfect for us as we wanted a pool for our daughter. We were here for a wedding, so we knew we'd be travelling in taxis daily due to the location we picked. A taxi cost around €27 one way into Catania. And around €15 to the castle nearby. Very clean and quiet hotel.

The pool bar service is slow, it wasn't busy so maybe less staff on.
