Amazing views from breakfast room. Good breakfast with choice for everyone.Nice superior room with sea views.

Parking is an issue and streets around the hotel are very small and full of cars. Car owners must anticipate this.

The breakfast food options were excellent and the staff superb. The cleaning staff did a great job.

My room was smaller than others in my group. Would have liked an easy chair.

This property is directly across from the water. Our room faced the ocean and we experienced both Sunrise and Sunset. The views were stunning and the restaurant is a Michelin star restaurant. A truly culinary master class. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Sunbeds & umbrella's of hotel cleints shoul NOT to be charged extra ..I never saw that in a 4 star Hotel .

Great location, excelent breakfast, faboulous view and location, excelent staff

It was our second time here. The rooms are still spacious, well maintained and clean. Staff is super helpful. We arrived for a late night drink and though it was close to 11pm, they let us in. Plus we arrived a bit soon and allowed early check in. The view is amazing, don't miss the breakfast it is worth the money.

We like to have the option of the garage, but there was plenty of possibilities to park nearby on the streets. So no complaints.

Breakfast was very good, room was clean, good location and plenty of parking spaces around.

Our room (106) was located close to the ventilation pipes of the restaurant and the hotel so it was very noisy at night. The bathroom drainage was clogged.

Great location, beautiful hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Although I was searching for accommodation in Catania, I was very pleased to find this hotel in Aci Terezza - in fact, I think it was a better choice than staying in the "city". Hotel - rooms are all modern, clean, well equipped. The scenery is great with the bay and the spectacular lava pillars. There are plenty restaurants around and the hotel also has a Michelin star restaurant. Overall, great experience!

It is surprising that that the beach terrace is payable for the hotel guests, even if sun beds are already occupied.... anyway, they have one at least :)

Modern, probably most contemporary in the area

Beachfront is not rocky sea front with “solarium “ on a scaffold platform, which the hotel charges €15 per day to use.

People are really friendly , the breakfasts was great and live the old fashion cleanness

Some of the rooms have no exterior , air conditioning to strong and automatic

We liked the beach beds and the rooms where comfortable, nice decorations, easy to get into town and the staff where very friendly

Sometimes difficult to find a parking space, the faucet in the bathroom sink should be changed, balcony was not cleaned

Staff very friendly & helpful. Accomodation beautiful, clean and spacious. Restaurant for dinner lovely with entertainment.

Great location, and warm hospitality and professionalism from the staff. Recently renovated room, clean and cozy. Very nice bar with a terrace, sea view, and live music.

One of the reason to choose this place was "Private parking", while in the reality there was not parking at all.Towels were dirty, but this issue were addressed by the team super fast.

Great location for a day close to / in / on the water, or for daytrips on the Eastern coast e.g. Taormina or Catania.Friendly staff and good overall hotel standard.In the evenings, nice live music on the upper terrace.

Room Aircon would run only full fan (loud) or off; even though temperature could be adjusted. For a "Grand Hotel" we would hope for a slightly better breakfast selection including fruits / egg station and standard better coffee (however available on special order!)

Small balcony on seaview rooms. One of two rooms we booked was smaller than the others for same price. No water in room.
