Crowne Plaza City Center Ningbo By IHG

The hotel is well maintained, staff is friendly, good breakfast. Conveniently located for my purposes. Second stay and would return. My wife and I utilized the spa on two occasions and enjoyed.

No complaints

Very good

They didn’t send me back yet the difference between what I pay like deposit when I arrived and what was real to pay ! And I ask several times to be solved but nothing yet

good location, good staff.

the hotel room is very old feels like in the 80s. the room and the floor corridor have cigarette smell that made us nauseous. staff were helpful to help us get rid the smell on the second day.

I wanted a hotel reasonably close to the railroad station and that also had parking for my associates and restaurants within walking distance. Those goals were all met The hotel is older but everything is clean and in working order. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of cultures.

I was surprised that there was no one at the front desk that spoke any English and my electronic translator had broken. Fortunately, my associate arrived who is Chinese and bailed me out.

The staff was so Friendly and helpful there allow us free extra for checkout and so neat.

Grand entry, spacious room, good price.

AC was poor.

Great location.

I booked another night and paid a deposit which they have not returned up to now.

Perferct location - close to the station and citi center. The service was very helpful and communicative. Excellent rooms.

The breakfast was great. Enjoyed delicious wanton soup. The hotel is near the train station and Tianyi square, very convenient with walking Nd taxi.

Not much

Old and outdated, worn and should either refurbish or be closed down, not close to other Crowne Plaza I have stayed at.

Very nice Hotel, Excellent Location.

No Jacuzzi , No steam bath.

Good for our business stay

You are on a business trip and talking on phone whatever time of the day and night. How can reception call and tell you that you are making noise and dont talk on the phone.

The staff were energetic, happy and helpfull. extremely good.

I was in non smoking room. Unfortunately every other room on the foor had smokers in them. The hallway was just full smoke. I had to place a towell under door to try stop smoke which did nothing. The breakfast really only caters for local tastes. The western offer is more like what was offered 25 years ago in China. Not 2024. Even basics such as coffee were like dish water. ( Provided the self serve machines were working) . Having been travelling to china for 30 years this was like a flashback. It has definitely declined as an 'international' hotel since the pandemic. Couldn't recommend it regardless of budget.

Regular visitor to this hotel with tidy rooms and a reasonable breakfast. Location is very handy.

Breakfast was below average. Food that should be served hot was tepid at best. The staff in charge of getting coffee need to understand the word coffee when said in English. Some rooms could do with a refresh as they are starting to show wear and tear

Very good location close to a nice shopping mall. Ningbo is a very pretty city. Train station is 5 minutes by taxi, airport is 25 minutes. Breakfast was delicious. Very good mix of Chinese and Western breakfast.

Centrally located and near Ningbo sights. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Nothing to dislike

Very good facilities and supportive staff

details bill was not given due to policy

The location is good, right next to Tianyi Square. The breakfast is nice, with a lot of options. There's a bar at the ground floor that has live music so that's a plus if you want to relax after a busy day.

I always used to stay here whenever I travelled to Ningbo and this was my first visit after covid. The rooms have significantly deteriorated. They need renovation, but I suppose management didn't reinvest after covid. There are a lot of good hotels in the area that offer better value for money.

Good hotel for reasonable money. Pretty central location with easy access to Bund (recommended to visit). Not very new hotel, but still great.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel it is located in city center.

The hotel it is old, but very clean.
