Location is exellent

The Airconditioner is horrible and room do not Cool. My and my colleague have to change 3 rooms in the midnight and still the hotel could not do anything to make the room cool. We could not sleep properly

Professional staff - I once entered the room as the maid was there and she checked my card worked in the door, that I was the legitimate guest, which impressed me.Subway close.Coffee shop and shop outside.Staff gave a 20 minute warning for end of breakfast.

I booked a room on Booking.com for 384 RMB per night, but the price I was charged at the front desk was 600 RMB per night.

It is an average hotel to stay for a business trip. Breakfast could be more various. Gym is a good option. There is a business center in front where you could find different restaurants, supermarket and etc.

AC can be turned off if hotel management decides to save electricity.Pool table and equipment are in a bad condition.

A good, clean hotel with decent facilities. Rooms were good quality but foyer lacked seating - only two chairs.

WiFi was only accessible via something called WeChat which I didn’t have and couldn’t get.The check-in, check-out and bar were all difficult to use as I didn’t speak Mandarin and they didn’t speak English or have translation capabilities.Payment was difficult as non-Chinese visitors’ cards were not accepted. Most used payment via WeChat, which as mentioned, I didn’t have and could not get.

The location is amazing!! 8min walking from line 2 metro station and right besides shopping mall

The rooms are SUPER SMALL… if you are lucky and get a window room, the size is really shocking…

Great location, clean room with enough space, Gym is amazing on 18th Floor, open 24hs. The front of the Hotel has a great shopping mall which has great restaurants.

I liked the location, not far from shopping malls, plazas, restaurants.The room was nice and the view was amazing but the carpet needs changed.

The negative part was the lack of English speaking staff and breakfast that didn't meet my expectations. The only smoking area was out side in the cold.

Clean, efficient, good breakfast spread

The price was very reasonable for the hotel quality. Location was in the New Ningbo Center, with good restaurant options nearby. Also very close to a metro station making traveling around the city convenient.Nice and helpful staff at the reception. Good level of cleanliness. Breakfast with enough choices.

No big complaints, maybe room lacked some basic amenities like an iron/ironing board, a bottle opener, cotton buds and so on. Also getting a bottle opener from reception was not easy, only after long wait (45 minutes or so and after 2nd time asking) someone came to open one bottle for me, but there was no opener that could be left in the room.

Large comfortable bed, good location and friendly staff!

They don’t follow their own ‘towel sustainability policy’. Even when we hung up our towels they still washed them despite saying they would not.

The floor wasn’t clean because of the mat it had a few stains
