- The room is spacious and comfortable, decoration is modern. The staff are superb, professional and helpful. They lent us a big umbrella, so we could walk to the shopping mall nearby to grab some dinner in the dark raining evening. They helped to call taxi on our departure, and clarified the destination with the taxi driver for us. This hotel is close to airport and railway station, make the location very convenient. Spacious rooms, reasonable prices. A bar area in which one could enjoy a bottle of wine or so if one wants (but not just a glass...).
Room was way too hot. All rooms were set at 25 degrees Celcius. Not possible to change.
Breakfast was on point, clean, quite and easy access
Location was good for my needs, check in was very fast.
The room was not really clean, stains on sofa, chair, carpet… Breakfast variety and quality could be improved.
Staff are friendly, location is great, near to mall and easy to find food
This hotel is in a great location right next to a mall with numerous shopping and dining options. It is also within a short walking distance to a subway station and bus stops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk responded to my request promptly, and kindly accommodated room changes. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and drinks.
There were some issues with heating and thermostats in guest rooms. The desired temperatures could not be reached by adjusting the rooms' thermostats.
It's the perfect place to stay. Services is ?. Quite and feeling peace while sleeping without any noise. The hotel are also near to the underground train station with only 300m walking distance. All attractions is nearby.
Nothing found in negative.
Neat to a shopping mall is a plus +
We did not opt for breakfast and no much choices for breakfast at the surrounding area
The rooms where fine
No restaurant operating in the hotel for lunch or Dinner there was only breakfast not even a Sandwich !!
This hotel is prepared for parents with children that will visit the nearby park. There was many toys in the bedroom. It is close to the shopping mall.
