Shangri-La Hotel Ningbo

Everything was perfect, all the hotel was very customer friendly, there was everything we needed. The food was great, also the swimming pool and relaxing area was very nice, clean and relaxing. The hotel is in very nice area and it is great for a walk.

Good food at the main restaurant. Dinner was very good and cheap.

The invoicing was a huge mess. They charged me 3 x 3000RMB deposit. The invocies I received show incomprehensive info but total 6077RMB. I had to pay 77RMB extra because my deposit did not cover it. So annoying.

We stayed at the horizon club and the service was excellent. Th breakfast and dinner provide not only a great variety of western and Asian options, but also the food was fresh and plenty of healthy options as well.

Room needs some upgrade specially more there are not enough electrical outlets.Also we booked and hour training for tennis lessons and the coach arrived 30min late and failed to informed anyone. Yet the coach was very good

the location is nice, and they gave us river view room.

we had three suitcases, and nobody even come over to help us to carry them to room, also we were checked out hotel with handfuls luggage, nobody offered to help. kind of think if this is 5-star hotel.

First we got a smoking room and in the next room the air conditioner was broken. Also the free drinks, like offered from booking, were not available.
