Great hotel. I have stayed there many times and always return.

It's a huge hotel with grandiose spaces, therefore it’s never crowded (I booked this hotel two times). I don't like the soft carpeted marble design, but I have to admit, they didn't skimp on the construction.The kitchen is great! The stuff is kind and helpful.

A little bit oldie but golden feeling. I believe it’s time to renew. Hire a proper designer change materials and feeling. It’s not the best atmosphere, if the view to the street level is a dirty flat roof. It is so awful. I don’t understand the point, not to spend a little to make it green (plants)The front entrance is dirty, small(compared to the size of the hotel and spaces).. Also a designer, some new material, and a lot of cleaning needed.

I was offered a free late check out and on the day was asked to pay for the privilege although it clearly states on paperwork it's foc.After a short conversation they did agree it was foc

Nice location, they have English speaking staff. View is ok.

Card system is very old and outdated, sometimes you can’t make the elevator move, sometimes you can’t get in your room. When I can get in the room I called the receptionist, and she said yes someone will come, I wait 10-15 minutes and no one come. Have to go down to make them fix it. And it’s not the one time problem. So staff is the problem too. Gym is very old.

The rooms, the staff, the breakfast were all great. Good restaurants close by.

Location, confort and hospitality.

Really nice hotel, great position with plenty of shops and bars locally. A good buffet breakfast in the morning and the room is a good size.

Although was overcrowd due to Spring festival staff was able to find solutions timely and made our stay comfortable.

One more coffee machine would help for breakfast service

I like the location, friendly and professional staff and there is taxi to the door. The dinner with steak, sauce and greens was cooked good

I think rooms are starting to look a bit old.Restaurant on ground floor was the only open, and some tables and chairs were worn down, so we my dinner partner and -i had to change table and also had to change a chair, because the seat was obviously broken, so I sad very low.These kinds of thing can just not accour on a 5 star hotel.

The staff was amicable and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They are all professional and supportive of our needs during our stay. We ordered a Clubroom and we are delighted to let you know the level of service rendered exceeded our expectations.

Its an older hotel complex with lots of function halls, residence wing and even a smaller hotel at the front of the building. Looks like Sheraton did a good job maintaining it, the bathroom does not show its age and there is no odd smell.

Its an older hotel and you can see it in the furniture, the sofa is crazy soft, almost fell through it. The from door is a drive in and hard to spot from outside, main area shows its age, breakfast really caters to Chinese conference crowd, large selection but nothing excellent and the seating are shows its wear and tear. The room service is not up to Sheraton standard, maybe no-one orders the items. Maybe they hosted too many conferences, the public bath room in the lobby is very worn out, dark and out of soap. I got an upgrade and breakfast included. I hate to see in what condition smoking rooms for conference is like, but I find the price a bit pricy for the quality of the stay. I can do without breakfast and willing to pay for higher quality meal.
