Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay

Location good

Bad smell, smoking smell. Air conditioner cut off its make unstable air

Great Chinese Traditional Restaurant within facility. Very well located in town. Wide service range in hotel and top notch equipment in the rooms.

All good.

Perfect for business travel in the local area. New modern hotel.

Nothing much to do in the local area

Everything was excellent especially the staff.Warm and friendly. Great location for me as I was visiting a customer in the same area.

Maybe an Alipay option for ordering dinner at the Market Cafe but that's not really too important

Disappointing

No infrastructure near HotelTake a taxi or walk 20minutes to have dinner or shopping

needs a lot to be a suitable international destination.

1. amateur staff.2. Few English speaking staff although it’s an international hotel.3. Weak cooling system as it’s a water cooled chiller system relying on cooling tower. As humidity went up the system became so weak. Need a reengineering work. 4. No entertainment facilities.

Clean, felt modern

The bar has very limited assortment of drink in stock only 1 red wine and 2 types of beer

room, building

breakfast

- very new - very clean - good gym facilities - nice pool - good buffet dinner and breakfast - spacious and nice rooms- water pressure on shower was amazing

- hot tub had no water and wouldn’t be turned on - sauna wasn’t able to be used - steam room not in use I don’t know if it’s because it’s so new they weren’t set up but it would be amazing if they could be used

Almost everything

Good
