Hotel very comfortable staff excellent nice hotel.
I have a problem with vertigo. Hotel rooms to high for me.
I have been coming to stay at the Marriot for over 10 years now & I love it! The beds are some of the most comfortable out!
It could do with a little update :). Especially the bar area
Perfect location, the views from this stay was on the west side as ℹ previously stayed on the east.Only a short walk to the big park and an old style designed shopping market, great for shopping silver jewelry
As per my previous stay 5th -9th I couldn’t get the air-con below 27c, last time I opened the windows and since the ambient temp outside was cold it cooled the room to 21-22c, but this time entering the room it showed 29c because the sun sets that side. I ask the porter to set the air-con just in case I was doing it incorrectly. Went out came back still hot is the room but tried so slept. Awoke a 12am ? the room with windows open was an uncomfortable ? 27c and trying for 1 1/2 hrs I called the manager, he couldn’t fix the problem so they gave me another room but I didn’t want to move everything as I had to get up at 4.30am to leave before 7am
Great location, on the back of the river will a great view of the two rivers, also close to the big park and to an old style shopping/ dinning area. Staff and facility great.
Nothing really
nice view and good location
TERRIBLE RECEIPTION. I was standing and wait about 10 minites for them to CHECK-IN for me, 6 receiptionists were talking to each others and totally disregard person standing and waitiing to be check in .
Good old hotel in Ningbo in central area
Breakfast is not good at all. After 4years we came back to stay to thus hotel, and it still not good) staff is hiding from customers ) definitely need yo change the way how it goes at the breakfast area
Location , near to lots of restaurants and all a short walk away .
The shower is very weak .Check in and check out takes ages .Very old looking carpets
Very convenient position and good staff
Slow lifts
Good
We arrived at 11pm in the evening and the reception staff told us we can not get food in the hotel anymore, which is ok, but they also said everything around is closed, which was not true because we found just around the corner a nice place to eat. I would expect from a reception to know that and point us in that direction.
Location, amenities and hospitality
Beds and pillows could be more comfortable.
Very bad service , they didn’t accept the booking and made me to pay again for it
The best Hotel in Ningbo.
