The bed sheet, and comforter had stains, seems like it wasn’t cleaned properly

Location was excellent, Staff was courteous and service was prompt. The food was good, however the service was slow.

Due to lack of ventilation, bathroom was stinking, post use.

Rooms and washroom was good

The staff demanded early check-in charges from us for 2 hours,even though their rooms were vacant.The outside people were taking bath in front of the rooms in the river.we were feeling very uncomfortable whenever we come out of the rooms.

Ghat in front of the hotel was nice. The support staff was helpful.

The support from the reception desk & sales team was not good enough.Faced many challenges to reach the hotel location - from train station to hotel, changed 3 vehicles (1 Taxi and 2 Rikshaw). They could have easily guided us on how to reach hotel.

Location is good. Food is okay.

We went in June to ayodhya and It was 39°c hot so the weather department gave an advisory of excessive heat but both the days that we were here the restaurant's air-conditioner didn't work even after repeated requests to repair it. The staff kept on giving excuses but never called the engineer. Also they refused to serve us breakfast in the room where we had our ac working so that made it doubly difficult to have breakfast comfortably as we were sweating all the way. I would like to caution future guests that this is a government owned property so no matter how much you request or give feedback they will not make changes for you. Also wifi wasn't good enough for videos but browsing is fair speed so don't expect to be streaming Netflix videos fast enough here.

The staff is very courteous, my mother needed wheelchair and the staff managed it very diligently. The food is nice, the restaurant staff is also very courteous and wonderful. Definitely recommend the stay for all. The location is surreal and beautiful.

Distinct location, ambience and very a humble staff.Rooms were better than expected and the washrooms were reasonably clean. People walking out the room after midnight was a not disturbing but what can you do when you are in a hotel ?

Water was too warm…. Not even conducive to wash hands at times due to the hot weather outside.Approach is very odd and the police has barricades and don’t allow taxis to come to the property easily.The Wifi didn’t work at all.

The location was prime n gave ease in access to the temples. Outside view was Gud .

Very noisy . Quality of doors pathetic . Got locked in the bathroom because of the lock quality . Cleanliness is at the worst . Dust pollution. WiFi password itself was not given. The main door lock itself was an issue. Felt unsafe. The quality of furniture was also pathetic n bathroom was stinky . The flush handle was on the left n I don kno wat purpose it serves. Water draining in the shower was too slow n so it felt unhygienic . Overall it looks externally Oki but poor condition n not worth the money but for the location u can try once . I wish the management really address the issues. The carpeted floor was the dirtiest ever .

Room is great and location is close to Saryu Ghat. Exclusive restaurant next the room serve amazing delicious food.

Property is located right by Sarayu river. Super convenient to take a dip in the holy river.

Better pest control for small black ants in the bathroom.

Clean. Not too crowded.

Charged more than on the booking site. And then forgot that I had paid for it.

lots of mosquitoes.lots of people were bathing in the canal outside. So not a good view to watch. No privacy for those staying in the hotel. Could not sit outside and enjoy.

The location is perfect and so is the service at the hotel. Right from checkin to checkout it wasna very smooth process. The food is decent. However there is a food court right opposite the hotel giving ample choices to us in case one doesnt want to eat at the hotel.

The saryu canal passing by the hotel is open to all making it inconvenient for guests since one cannot have privacy while sitting in common hotel area.

Location wise it’s good. Nice cottages .

Firstly my cottage was full ofMosquitoes. Secondly when sat outside late evening hours with myMother , we saw few local people wondering around the ghat, looking for money in the river. Then a few young local people were bothering a dog on the other side of ghat. Basically you have no privacy and possible safety concerns. Next day in the morning there were all most 50 local people on the other side of ghat bathing and washing clothes. For me this is not acceptable as I don’t really want to see this view from my room or sat outside having a cup of tea. This place lacks privacy totally which is an important factor, along with possible safety issues as anyone can visit ghat and they are pretty much in your face. Breakfast was served in a canteen style restaurant, we didn’t bother eating breakfast even though it was included in my room rate. This was one of most expensive places to stay in Ayodhya… unfortunately it’s not value for money and on raising this with the General Manager they didn’t even empathise with me and just said it’s not a pvt place and not in their control. If they think the price we are paying to be in public place is acceptable , then they are very much in wrong. It’s a rip off in that case. I was not offered any compensation even as a gesture of goodwill.
