Tap water is too slow in room 211Room no 221 AC was not working TV were not working in any rooms

Beds were comfortable

No breakfast Smelly rooms Ac was nt working had to change the room Bedsheets were nt cleaned properly

newish interiors helpful staff,good quality food they catered to our special requirement of no onion and no garlic in food, since we had a 4 senior citizens traveling in the group, they made a makeshift dining arrangement outside our cache of rooms, since the restaurant was on the ground floor and our rooms were on the first floor

staff tried to offer other room combos, though their intentions were to save our money, but after a long drive I didn't appreciate the haggling... though i would like to clarify, they were not persistent, 3rd time i declined their offer they apologized and continued with our check in. i had requested 1-2 rooms on the ground floor as i was traveling with senior citizens, but maybe as i declined their offer, they did not provide us with the same.

I liked the picture perfect look of the hotel from outside . Very photogenic . The reception welcome was good

The room ( I was told I was upgraded) had no window and same with toilet . Cleanliness was an issue. Hair on bed sheets . Toilet was not clean . The ac kept tripping and electrician had to be called twice . Internet was not working though it was connecting but message came router had been switched off . There was no help . Only one plugpint was working rest were not working . Breakfast was so so - just passable

A bit far from all main attractions. This place also hosts wedding functions which May trouble your sleep.

I like the place , its amazing but it needs maintainance

Maintainance. One of the rooms had fungus growing on the side of wall , it's difficult for parents old age people to climb stairs as there is no lift system. Breakfast was good but could have been elaborate. The decor was looking all used, old.. one corner old things were just covered.

Hotel was very clean Food was excellent. Taste was fantastic.

The service of the staff can be better. 3/5 for service. Room was.slightly cramped.

Room was stinking badly , no ventilation whatsoever making it further worse . Room service was poor .Dustbin broken , no bathroom slippers, stink in bathroom added to the problems

Room was little small. They don't have dining area. So the food at times for groups is served in the courtyard just outside the rooms

Not worth staying. But this is the best available in Ayodhya

Hygiene was poor. Wifi non functional. Bathroom dirty. Staff was courteous but facilities and cleanliness was pathetic for its price.

Centrally located, impressive exterior

The room was not clean and much smaller than in the photos, had plumbing issues, staff was complacent, didn't match the description written on the website.

The front office person was very rude name Adil.

Promptness of staff. The food amount and quality. The location.

The cleanliness, comfort of bed, supply of hot water.

We were 6 friends and booked 3 rooms and stayed there for a dayWe continuously faced the water problem in washroom.

The Infrastructure is good.

Basic amenities were lacking including drinking water. Had to coordinate with staff multiple times.

Everything was good, staff was helpfull, soft environment, nice and decorated hotel, room was clean and lights arrangement was so beautiful inside room

Palace is little far from main city of faizabad and main attraction i.e. ayodhya Ram janm bhumi hanuman gadhi and ofcourse Saryoo ghat.If you have your own vehicle this place is very good or I have to say best place to stay there.Otherwise you have to come to palace before 10 pm.
