Over all quility wasn't worth the price.

Like the room though it’s far away from the temple. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, met Mr Sharma, the chef and thanked him. Mr Mukesh, I guess take care of the restaurant, was very pleasant and all the restaurants staffs are working as a team when I was observing them. Good luck to all.

The bathroom must be remodeled. As a star hotel, there is no room to keep it in the bathroom, like my shaving and my wife’s make up next to the wash basin.Biggest issue is, there is no holder in the shower to keep the soap, shampoo. All you need a corner shelf to hold the soap. Hope the management will look into it and give a more comfortable stay for upcoming guests.

I selected this Hotel based on the other available options and it was the best choice. This hotel is better place than others1..locations 2.Cleanliness 3. Rooms 4. Service

Excellent on-site restaurant. Food was excellent. New property with modern fixtures.

Staff at reception desk was very rude and erratic. We were asked to check out at 11am. When pointed the check out time mentioned on Bookings.com (12-1pm), they asked to deal with bookings.com. Hotel lobby and common area a/c wasn’t working, so waiting in lobby was unpleasant. Rooms a/c also wasn’t turned on and it took approximately one hour before room became usable.

The Ramayana Hotel in Ayodhya is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious and well made. All comforts required in a room have been well taken care of. Cleanliness is well taken care of in the entire hotel premises. The location is very good, away from the hustle bustle of a temple town and yet not too far. The garden in the hotel is big and apt for strolls. The food is good. What makes the hotel special is its staff. Pleasant, smiling, supportive, helpful. It was specially a pleasure to know Amit Singh from the front desk (super helpful and accessible) and the staff at the restaurant. I would ensure that the next time I visit Ayodhya I find a place in this very same hotel

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. For me it was perfect

The price is not acceptable for the service they provide. The prices are higher than any other higher end hostel without justifying the cost or providing the quality. Very disappointed.

Clean rooms, quality linen and good food

While checking in the front office staff asked for more money than the amount shown while booking through booking.com . Had to highlight that to staff and showed him the amount shown on the booking.com app. Then he agreed to give a ‘ discount ‘ to match the booking.com rates .

Not value for money , They charge as per international standard but does nickel and dime

They charged me per person rate I have never seen it’s mostly double occupancy as per Room which is standard

This hotel is not value for Money. Situated at highway which is secluded from the City. Temple is around 4 Km from this place but due to lot of constructions gng on, you need to take a diversion. We didn’t had a Car and had to wait for a auto or e-rickshaws who charged high prices.Staff needs to be trained and hired from hospitality industries. You didn’t get the required hospitality with this kind of price.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and well behaved. They can speak english, are clear in communication and show a genuine desire for service. We were out of the hotel and struggling for transport in the dark of a cold night when an off duty staff member saw us and helped out. One of those incidences when faith in humanity is restored.

For visitors to the Ayodhya town, this hotel is out of the way. Late evenings it is difficult to get transportation, even Uber or Ola were not available. The taxi that hotel recommended was 4-5 times more expensive than Uber. The linen in the rooms is clean but tired, the towels were hard and showed signs of use/wash. Floorbaords in the room were peeling and the AC controls did not appear to be working although temperature stuck at an ok level, not too cold and not too hot.

The rooms are good. We'll laid out. Can be a little more aesthatic keeeping in mind the location of the hotel.

Reception staff were unbelievably rude and unfriendly. The location is too far from everything. Nil uber would come there or go there.I didn't get the room type I paid for. Downgraded without compromise

The quality of food was good. we had lunch, didn't get time for breakfast. and dinner. The mural behind the reception is marvelous and also the Ramayana placed near the entrance door. The staff are friendly and courteous.

The rooms didn't have windows. The lighting in the hallways can be better. Only one lift is available which is slow. The stairs are steep.

Quite pricy for the room comfort and buffet breakfast was not great at all. Even the staff was asking us to eat from outside. Bathroom is pretty cramped.

To expensive for the what they have to offer. Small rooms which are expensive and food is also expensive. Also you need a car to go out or come back to hotel as there is no other mode of transport available .
