It was a good experience staying with this hotel. The stay was comfortable and the front office team was very nice. Preeti Aman were great and the whole team was polite, cooperative and supportive.

The breakfast was excellent and greatly appreciated. However, the dining area is quite small, which often results in guests having to wait for a table. Expanding the space or improving seating capacity would enhance the overall dining experience.

The lobby should be more spacious and equipped with additional seating arrangements. Currently, when there are many guests, some are left standing due to limited seating. Additionally, the temperature inside the lobby tends to be high, which affects overall comfort. Enhancing both the space and climate control would significantly improve the guest experience

Really bad

The check-in process was chaotic and were made to wait for an hour to get both the rooms. Upon reaching the room there were no towels and had to make repeated calls to get toiletries and towels. The beds and pillows had hair on them from previous guest's stay which is extremely unhygienic. The experience and level of service provided was below standard and not expected from Raddison in general but also after paying the money we did for our stay.

Food was good.

Locations is pretty far from temple. Rooms are pretty small

- Location decent and distance to Ram Mandir is OK.- Some staff were very helpful e.g., Vikash and Ashok- Overall good hotel/rooms- food at restaurant was good

- Checkout experience with Rashmi and Vanshika. As paying guests we requested a later check out because checkout was 5 hours before flight departure. No attempt was made to assist or accommodate us. The staff members above were rude and unhelpful during checkout.- No amenities/facilities e.g., spa or pool

The customer end staff tried their best to assist. However the hotel staff overall lacks the training to the standards of Parkinn. Since single rated hotel in the city, hence the rates are exceptionally high (2-3 times of the similar rated hotel in Lucknow). A separate concierge desk will add value to hotel reputation and ratings where AC taxis at standardized rates are made available to the guests. Our room was stinky all the time-we notified to the hotel staff as well. While other room was smelling fine. At night they run some grinder in Kitchen (around 1-2am) which certainly disrupts the sleep of the guests(not recommended to continue doing this).

The staff behavior in restaurant.

The room. Was given a corner room which had bathroom door Wrong. Couldn't keep the bathroom door open because of The exhaust fan noise. Night lights not enough as needed to use bathroom at night. Am past 70yrs.

Breakfast was good

Sound proofing is very very poor unable to sleep due to outside noise

Booking.com advertised room amenities such as clothes rack dryer, tumble dryer, ironWe did not have any of thisI booked a suite because of the tumble dryerI could have done with a standard room I paid double the price for false advertising

Everything was bad .. we had a medical emergency cause of food poisoning and later understood other guest in the property are Falling ill as well cause of food poisoning

Professional, clean, and comfortable. Good food.

Excellent options - also the Restaurant Manager and his staff were very helpful as I traveled with my 86 year old mother. She was made to sit very comfortably and was served most of what she wanted. This was our experience during dinner as well.

I have called them for card transaction payment slip several times before my arrival and they're like our reservation department is closed, I'll revert to you within 30 minutes, I have dropped the slip etc etc but all are just baseless lie & if the property before service is like that I can understand how the service after checkin gonna be, so I avoided the hotel checkin and booked another property.Worst responsive staff ever I have seen after paying that much amount & so I've opted for chargeback with the bank.

Nagaraj & Aditya from the Restaurant Team (i.e., the restaurant which is on 1st Floor at the hotel) were EXCELLENT with their work & conduct, they are great team members to have on boardShashank (Sales Team) was courteous & made the vehicle charges for local shopping & airport drop complimentary (the cost of which was 2950/- inclusive of taxes).

The experience was not nice, we were swindled by the team of Park Inn by Radisson Ayodhya. We had Booked One-Bedroom Suite on January 27, 2025 for our travel dates: February 25th 2025 to February 27th 2025 (i.e., 26 days prior to travel date) for my Mum [Senior Citizen], Sister & Myself. Pointers are as follows –•Once we reached, we were informed that they can’t give us One-Bedroom Suite as all were occupied & the room, they gave us I assume was a Deluxe Room.•Ms. Esha Jaiswal (Front Office Manager) spoke to us rudely & acted as if she was doing a favor to us by giving us complimentary services (which were not matching in value of the amount I had paid for the booking of One-Bedroom Suite)•Atul (GM) - Park Inn by Radisson Ayodhya did not even have the courtesy to come out & meet us to address our grievance & hide behind his team. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LEADERSHIP!•IT Systems at the Hotel are extremely poor as it took double booking of the rooms online.•Shashank (Sales Team) was courteous & made the vehicle charges for local shopping & airport drop complimentary (the cost of which was 2950/- inclusive of taxes).•Nagaraj & Aditya from the Restaurant Team were EXCELLENT with their work & conduct, they are great team members to have on board!Booked One-Bedroom Suite on January 27, 2025 for the dates February 25th 2025 to February 27th 2025 (i.e., 26 days prior to travel date) for my Mum [Senior Citizen], Sister & Myself.Booking for One-Bedroom Suite was for 2 nights inclusive of Breakfast. This costed us a Total of Rs. 66,906/- (including breakfast & taxes). Per Night Cost = 33,453/-The whole amount of Rs. 66,906/- was debited on February 19th, 2025 i.e., well before our travel date but we did not get the room that we had booked.

Clean Hotel

Disappointed with lack of communication from a Radisson Hotel. Sent message via Booking.com but received no reply so sent 2 emails and still to response from Hotel. Very bad
