Golden Tulip Al Khobar Suites

The location was excellent and staff very cooperative and prompt especially the front desk (Ms.Asma was especially very helpful)and housekeeping. Clean and neat hotel close to all landmarks with spacious and comfortable rooms and a nice well stocked restaurant and a boating facility and swimming pool within the hotel itself .

No swimming pool, it was under maintenance this was the main reason why we selected

Good location for what we needed (en route to Bahrain). Staff were friendly and attentive, but the property itself is lacking.

No facilities available (pool, etc - all “under construction”). Parking is extremely limited. Sparsely furnished (not even a lamp). Restaurant is also a Sheesha lounge so we couldn’t eat there with our child.

Location, Restaurant & Hospitality, especially the reception team was very cordial and guided me very well.

While booking break fast was part of the booking . Once we reach hotel break fast was not included . What kk d of service is this ?? This is your mistake not going the details after booking . You only give Reference which we do not know , is it included or not . It was showing 49 dhs in system and I have added for two people but still not get break fast. Very much disappointed

the bathroom

There is no proper Lenin, for three PAX one bath towel provided, no soaps provided etc.,

worn out fabric, no standard furniture, AC blower motors heavy noise in the room and no one bothered for room service during three days stay.

The Arabic breakfast served on time to my room was a highlight. Very convenient location avoiding city traffic, loved the view from room except one minor issue - very dim lighting in room and washroom.

No beach, seaside and the sea is terrible dirty and no proper swimming pool, swimming pool for a few kids only. This property cannot be called as "BEACH FRONT"...

The hotel is very old with low quality furniture and the bed smells bad .I really disappointed from the stay in this hotel

The service was not good. The night we arrived there was no water to go to the toilet or take a shower. The breakfast was catastrophic. there was no orange juice. We were served Vimto. The hotel staff was insufficient. You always had to ask reception for enough bath towels, boxes of tissues, or toilet paper. the pool was dirty. The furniture is worn.

The suites were clean and wide enough we liked it but it’s very poor

No light power supply for more than 3 hours. AC temp control not working. As no power supply no breakfast available timely. They told power-backup is not working.
