Excellent resort for families. Spacious and clean rooms, kid-friendly facilities, and a safe, relaxing environment.Special Thanks to Ms Arwa Ibrahim, The PR officer who was a great support to us by doing the needful services quickly, upon our requests.

Location is farCleanness isn't that goodNo breakfast buffetThere are no facilities at all at the beachAnd much more bad experiences

Quite at night

I don’t know why staff asked about family ID proof for my partner

Very close to the beach

No extra bedRusted door, hard to lockNo soundproofing

Facilities, cleaning and furniture

Location is not good

The place is amazing with the beach front , with very peaceful atmosphere..

Breakfast was just normal, disappointing was AC was not functiooning wellThere was a bachelors around in the adjacent villas ,,, very noisy whole night until 3:30 am with loud music and screams with no one in control . With families around should have been avoided.

Completely Nothing

They say it’s a villa which is not also full with insects and the private pool is not private because it’s surrounded by transparent tent meaning the property is not construction completed also no one is answering the phone not one extension i dial answer my call except the restaurant because of the “money”

The staff was very friendly and helped us with the check in and it was real quick, the villa was very clean and tidy and the view from the villa was really nice

Overall I liked everything about it and I would come back

The beach was very close, and this what i came for. I didn’t come to have a good services or facilities, because if I do the price will be 2x, so i do like it. I hade the one room package.

Only better quality restaurants like fresh juices, and better food. The did not play music very often, and I didn’t feel any vibe.

Beach access , staff and services, cleanliness

Comfortable and spacious well furnished unit. Beach front. Direct access to the beach. Car parking at unit’s door step. The staff are exceptionally amazing and friendly

Private pool is not private at all as they installed transparent fabric around the unit. (not fit for women who wants to enjoy swimming). What seems to be easy solution they failed to do it properly for some reason. The playground area around the pool seems like unfinished work (concrete ground. Lacking any tree or green area)The bathroom (sink hole smells terrible). And eventually the whole unit becomes unbearably foul with smell

I received nice location vail

Safe and clean

The place is so mi e and the staff is so accommodation especially meq and rafiqIt is our 2nd time and definitely we will come back again

The beach and the landscape

There is a bad smell in the rooms. Plus, the toilet would be much better than it is now.

Location and the services

Wash room and the beach side chairs are not maintained properly.

It was a short stay , i wish it was longerClean beach Very helpful staff We had fun with bikes and horses Cabanas on the beach are pretty

The food could be better

Location is good facility as general is good and have many utilities for entertainment

Cleaning, quality, and timing need to be reevaluated. In the villa, there is a designated corner for coffee and a microwave, but it lacks a sink for cleaning glasses. Furthermore, the villa is insufficiently furnished, with a lack of chairs, tables, and other essential furniture. Additional areas also require better attention. The terrace, in particular, needs improved servicing. There needs to be more supervision in the green area between the villas, as some people are using it to play football, which is quite annoying.

Excellent breakfast Mohamed Ahmed was very supportive and provde Excellent hospitality He makes more happy

NoneEverything perfect

- room was clean- reception staff was welcoming - the beach clean - the horses on the beach is an amazing addition

I hope to have discount for the beach activities for whom have reservations Jet ski is very expensive and the horse riding Restaurant options limited to one restaurant ( I suggest to have specialized restaurant in see food )Need more bars for beverages and coffee
