Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful. Good food served at the restaurant.

Good price. Room was clean, included a refrigerator & hot pot but refrigerator not turned on so unusable upon check-in.

Reception staff not very welcoming or friendly, Location not very convenient. Breakfast was extremely minimal, not even regular coffee, only instant. Thai style hard bed. Staff member was sweeping leaves right outside our room window/door extremely early in the morning waking us up at sunrise.

Good place and and very friendly staff the room are clean and car parking are good and enough for everyroom

The accommodation is very conveniently located if you are passing through from north to south or vice versa and only spend one, max. 2 nights in Kamphaeng Phaet. If you want to see more of the city and the old town, it is not quite so ideal because you need transport.Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, we could park the car easily, the breakfast is Thai only, nothing else.

The wifi was a little weak on the chest, a second router could be added. As written above, if you want to see more of the city, you would definitely need transport.

It was comfortable.They have kitchen where you can get food late evening, affordable and good.But as for breakfast there was not much to eat if you are not a fan of spicy Thai breakfast.

I don't remember the number of the house we stayed in, so ... we had a colony of little ants there. We didn't notice them first and accidentally put our moto helmets on their way... Ants loved our helmets a lot... So if you have moto helmets and have no spare couple of hours to get rid of ants in them - beware)

Calm place & very supportive owner. Breakfast as rice porridge with pork was absolutely great!

Great place to chill out for a few hours or stay the night traveling from Chiang Mai to Bangkok or vice-versa. Very quiet location, rooms met my expectation in relation to price.

The bed was large but they only supplied two pillows, an additional one incurs a B20 charge, which could have been a deposit, but because I left at 4 am, perhaps the staff were sleepy and forgot about it.

I only booked for 1 night!

No way should this place be describing the rooms as deluxe. They're average at best. Plain and dated. No kettle, just hot water at reception until 10pm. Breakfast was just Thai and all dishes were cold. I know it's a cheap place but not enjoyable.

Enough parking. Single small houses. Good for one night stop-over. Seems a kind of lovers hotel, but why not.

Breakfast is pure Thai. Fried eggs on demand and pay for it.

location was not bad , you get what you pay , slightly old place but they give normal thai breakfast in this price, So its fair

Quiet. Not too far from town and amenities if you have transport. Covered parking right outside.

The breakfast was ok - only instant coffee and basic Thai style stuff.

Its just the perfect 1 night stop in that area. the price/quality cannot be beaten and if you like me enjoy a thai breakfast this is just awesome
