the response from the reception was very disgusting. Inspite of prior booking being confirmed, they did not allot the rooms. Please remove the said hotel from your list. so that others need not suffer the said inconvenience.

He is charged higher than the booking price And AC is not available

He denied Booking initially and later given non AC roomsAnd asked for a higher price for AC room's

Very bad experience, diary room. Bed, pillows are in very bad condition. Blankets are smelling. Toilet not cleaned. Unhygienic room.

Very poor connection hotel

I have paid Rs.1300, while searching through Booking .com, ihave Opted Brakfast and chargesd extra, but at hotel there is no Breakfast.As per the actual direct walk-in Customer rate is 1090+, but choosing through Booking. com the Price is Rs.1300, its no use to choosing the Option through you,

Breakfast charged while booking through Booking.com, but at Hotel they said no Breakfast. Hygiene is too Worest

Worst experience. Rooms and bathrooms are very small bed was not comfortable springs came out. Bed sheet was dirty. I booked for over night charges but they have asked the whole day price. Ex I booked for 547 for overnight but they asked to pay 1047.all the drinage water in parking cellar. My shoes smells that smell for two days. My review is plz don't visit here.

Not accepting online booking , requested them repeatedly as I am with children in night 10pm. And taking extra amount.

I didn’t like anything about the property.

I didn’t like the property because I was denied checkin. As per the Manager the hotel was full and he rudely told me that the hotel doesn’t care about online booking.I called online and complained about the hotel. I had come there from Mumbai and the manager didn’t let me sit on the sofa of the hotel for 5 mins also..no guarantee if you book online and you will be allowed check in in this hotel..

Managers behaviour was terrible. They don't know how to speak to their guests.

Facilities, don't provide water n glasses. Had to buy glasses to drink water.

Nothing. It's a very bad place to stay.

They charged me the price of three rooms and gave me only two rooms. There was no drinking water. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was not working and there was no geyser in the toilet.

Rooma clean. AC in the rooms. Bed clean and very comfortable.

Charged more price saying OYO is messing with their price. So we ended up paying higher than booked in booking.com.No towels given.No handwash/soap given in bathrooms.

I booked room with breakfast but hotel doesn’t have restaurant. booking . com and hotel people cheated me .I asked about breakfast, hotel staff replied reckless.

Hotel management is not bothered about complainys

Prior to me many guests pointed about unhygenic condition Of bathroom, abnormal sound of ac, it's malfunction, abnormal sound of fan, non availability of hot water. But the hotel management is not bothered to rectify. Even the front office person is non cooperative.
