Nothing will never return again

They delivered food to room after 3 hours. I called multiple times and had to go to dining area directly.

We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Palavelli Godavari. Special thanks to Rinku and Naresh from the front office for their warm welcome, Pabitra from F\&B for the excellent service, and Kumar from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless.

I had a pleasant stay at Sterling Palavelli Godavari—beautiful property and a relaxing atmosphere. My only concern is that the food prices felt quite high compared to similar properties. A more balanced pricing would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful—one of the best places to visit! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, from reception to the activities team and the restaurant staff. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional.A special thank you to Nagesh from activities, and Rinku, Saiteja, Veerababu and from the restaurant Pabitra, along with Deb, and Inarual. The location of the resort was beautiful and views from the infinity pool were beautiful. The front desk staff are quite welcoming. The landscaping in the property is done very beautifully and is very tropical

The hospitality of most staff at the property is quite passable and the cleanliness of the common areas especially in the heritage block was not that great. There were water seepages in the common areas of the heritage block making it a fall risk for elderly. The restaurant had air conditioning which was barely functioning leaving all of us feeling constantly hot and sweaty in the humid conditions of the area. They had 8-10 air conditioners fitted in the restaurant of which only 2/3 were turned on both during the day and night. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow as they were severely understaffed. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working well as well. Overall nothing was maintained well in the property and worthless for the prices

Rooms are clean but there were lizards. WiFi was too slow. Food in the restaurant was just OK.

The location is ideal and very nice

The rooms need to be checked properly before handing to guest.fogging needs to be done every day the resort bathrooms are old and outdated needs lots of repair.Restaurant Needs improvement as if you checking a little late then nothing is available to eat except for sandwiches and pakoda nothing is available in proximity thus guest are dependent only on resort restaurant and food is available only after 7:30 pm ( need more items on all day menu) cycling should be given free for guest

Room is neat and clean except for the air conditioner. Nice location and the staff are very good.

Restaurant food menu and taste could have been better. I would give 2 star for the cleanliness of the restaurant because we got some weird odor from the chairs and have seen worm on the chair. Air conditioners seem old and i wonder when they might have got it cleaned.
