Hotel Naguilan

Great service, people very warm and welcoming. Even when they were full at breakfast they took the time to help with special requests.

Air conditioning was turning on automatically and was a little disrupting but after some attempts it was working fine and we were able to sleep without it. Is not needed at night.

The location, breakfast, room, all was perfect

By the river. Elegant reception and rooms. Breakfast ok. Need a car to get into town otherwise a fair walk.

We were in a noisy room close to the road. Rooms at the front have a corridor to lessen the noise.

Located on the bank of the river Calle-Calle. Room with balcony overlooking the river.

Breakfast selection poor and also having to book a 30 minute slot for breakfast.

The location was excellent right on the river however there was a busy road that was noisy. The breakfast was very good and they had gluten-free options

It’s a beautiful building our room had a little door that was left unlocked, which led to part of the attic Some of the furniture in the lobby was threadbare

Lovely hotel on the river with great views from your room. Good Chilean style breakfast eggs bread cheese meat fruit not European style. Two pools and a nice terrace you can have drinks on over the river. Nice friendly staff not much English spoken but not a problem.

WiFi is poor, I would try to improve that it would make a big difference

The property itself, the beautiful building, decoration, furniture, cleanliness, location, food, the beautiful dock, rooms, everything.

Great surroundings with beautiful views of the river. The breakfast is delicious and there is a little bit of everything. The location allows you to appreciate the nature but not be so far from the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good local knowledge. Beautiful location, right on rivers edge with only 20 minute walk into town. Good view from our spacious room. The hotel was warm inside. They served an excellent breakfast in the morning.

No tea or coffee was provided in the room, and TV didn't have HTMI input for a laptop. However, this didn't detract from a lovely stay.

View was spectacular! I was late for the breakfast buffet and they still made me a delicious breakfast!

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and there were no bottles of water. This is the first hotel I have stayed in on holiday or for business that had no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Added to that there was no bar facilities in the hotel.

The staff was pleasant, outdoor area was nice and peaceful along the river.

Not enough tables for breakfast service, coffee very limited! Slow service, difficult front desk staff. The pictures made it seem much nicer than it was. No refrigerator, although it said there was one in the room.

Last minute booking ( same day ) was stuck with rate to last rooms...a kind of a suite. Room Ok. Staff did not placed luggage in rooms as it was promised. Had to ask and appeared to be a "pain for them" Asked for a fan "we have 3" never confirmed back if it was available. Asking for some change, was told to go across street in shop. Not worth $ 200. I guess supply and demand.

Breakfast should be served in dining room instead of crowded lobby area. Schedule for breakfast means nothing if there is a large tour group. Online pictures of breakfast do not correspond to reality. No a/c even in the ‘newer’ wing but a fan can be provided. Tour groups can overwhelm the hotel.

Very nice view of a nice river, full of wild birds , bird nests,… check in guy was nice and friendly. Room was nice and spacious, clean and pleasant. No elevator to second level.

There was a nasty woman at the reception, trying to take a power trip… at breakfast the same woman rudely asking for room numbers and at checkout asking for already approved credit card receipts to be individually written, named and id numbers with persons’s handwriting as if she were doubtful of already provided full details … breakfast could be better in variety of cereals, etc… no nuts, coffee was tea like … no eggs or cheeses…

The location on the river was beautiful. Peaceful, quiet. There was a boat yard away, which was sort of charming.

It was like a bad motel 6, stuck in the 80s. Bad smelly and probably moldy carpet, lousy bed where you could feel the springs. This placed is priced like a 4 star hotel which it is woefully not, maybe a 2 star at best. Generally the service staff was kind and helpful. The front desk lady couldn’t bother to say hello or thank you and bordered on rude, she barely lifted her head when we walked in the lobby. The restaurant was completely closed. This place could be magnificent if they bothered to reinvest the exhorbitant amount of money that was charged, back into the hotel and into training.
