Nice little hotel with everything you need. Close to train station and city center.

The automatic check-in process worked well, but we didn't see any staff on the premises, which was a bit eerie.

It was in a good area. Eveb though the "casino" is right beside it it was calm.

The only three things that are expected differently is that for that price there should be breakfast included. Also there was a hole in the wall with lose cables which I find dangerous and one of the two water bottles was open and half empty.

Double room was big and neat.Easy and quick check-in, as entry codes were sent in advanced. Good location: few minutes drive from Swiss boarder and few minutes walk from restaurants

There were no any services at hotel in the evening and hotel restaurant is not open. But there is supermarket only tens of meters from hotel.

It was dreadful I will likely never again book and pay for a room through you because I was stuck there, I left one nigh

Smokers right outside my room as well as outside my window. The breakfast was nothing but bread and coffee and a few slices of meat. awful. They never shanked the sheets the entire time I was there

Initially there was no one to meet us despite arriving at the agreed time.Their website implied the pub/restaurant was located in the hotel. In fact it was a 5 minute wak away

Above a casino. Noisy til 1am lights talking doors slamming it was awful.

ask for quiet room,as rooms on road can be noisy

Friendly reception, location within steps to sights and train station. Simple, clean accommodations with a modern bathroom.

Glare from outside lights into room and breakfast were minuses. The brewery and on-site restaurant are not in business.

Nice spacious room with a view and good comfy chair so I could sit and enjoy some beers. Location is good, parking available, easy self-check-in and check-out. Breakfast was ok!

You could manage with a 4 number code on the door instead of 6, I kept forgetting it :)

Location was ideal. The hotel itself is nice and clean and the staff were all friendly.If you are ever in the area, then this is a perfect place to stay.

For the couple of days I was there, this hotel was just fine.

Nice modern hotel rooms, provides breakfast.

Front desk was not staffed however emailed code easily provided access into rooms. Not clear where to store bicycles in garage. Hotel was 5 miles off our Rhine bike path. Breakfast was ok but not much healthy choice like museli, oatmeal, plant milk. Apples available were mushy but oranges ok. A refrig in our rooms would have been nice. Some neighborhood noise, especially 7am LONG ringing church bells!!

Rooms were very hot and not prepared for the weather hot conditions. This problem could have been resolved by putting small fans in the rooms.

Keyless self check in, location of the hotel-close to the pedestrian area. Private parking

Too warm in room -no possibility to create a draft.Hair of other guests still on bathroom wall. Location of the room with windows facing the Main Street. Main Street is too busy at night and as it was hot we had to leave the windows open. The noise keeps one from sleeping.

Our twin room was clean, modern & really spacious, with a bedroom and lounge area (with extra bed). Well located with just a short walk down into the old town

Hotel is set up to be self service, minimal interaction with staff (code entry, no reception). bar was closed and although there is parking it is first come first served. Breakfast was a bit lacking.

The room was quite large and comfortable.There was a good selection available at breakfast

The receptionist gave the impression we were an inconvenience when checking in. The description of the hotel indicated this was a traditional German guesthouse with a traditional beer selection, but it was a fairly characterless hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed on a Sunday, which was disappointing and wasn't made clear when we booked.
