Feels like home, extremely nice staff!! They treated me and kids very nice. Have stayed here many times w kids and always exceptionally good service and friendly staff. Thank you!

Very good location. Excellent room. very nice dinner and breakfast. It is an excellent choice.

Loved the super kind staff here, Marcus at the front desk is so welcoming, Conny, the chef and F&B lead is incredibly kind and accomodating to vegetarian request for the included dinner. We rented a Double Deluxe / Family Room and it was super spacious even with the sofa bed unfolded to fit us all. Breakfast and dinner were excellent!

The only two points we liked less: soft mattresses and the sofa bed very very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. And the high chairs for little kids in the restaurant would benefit from a little extra cleaning.

The location, staff, parking facility was perfect. We enjoyed staying in this hotel

We stayed in a rum on the 4th floor with old carpet that wasn’t very fresh. The floor in the bathroom was very cold, the shower not very good. The sliding door to the bathroom offers no privacy. Only boring channels on tv and no possibility for streaming. I’ve stayed in cozier hotel rooms before. 1/5.

Half board was excellent and good quality. The hotel is clean.

I stayed in 3 hotels in the Home group tempted as my dinner wad included. All are equally awful. Food cooked hours before and totally inedible. Rooms disapointing for the price. Had to ask for a heater

Half board is great deal. The food available exceeded my expectations because they are full meal, not the light meal I expected. Also, the bfast is excellent. So much food and good quality. Credit to the chef and kitchen staff. The people are very pleasant, they do make you feel welcome :)

Super kind and helpful staff, they recommended us some nice places to visit, and welcomed us with a sweet afternoon fika with coffee. Location was also perfect, best place to stay in Sundsvall ?

The central location is amazing - close to everything, and the food was excellent and varied enough during my 5 day stay. The staff were all very lovely. My room, which was not facing the street, was mostly quiet. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, but did require lower bandwidth for video calls or streaming. Bed was comfortable.

It felt a bit cold during the time I was there in October, even in the eating area. There may need to be a bit more attention given to the cleanliness and upkeep of the bathroom - I don't feel that it had been deeply cleaned for some time. The light fixture had a problem (badly flickering when turning on) that they fixed very quickly, but it was also something that was very easy to noticeable, so it shouldn't need a customer complaint to get fixed.

The staff people were very nice and welcoming (the last day the guy at the reception even talk to me in french).The food included for diner was good (tacos), unfortunately i was too late to try the fika which was also included. The breakfast was great. The hotel is cosy, there is a sauna, the location is good.

No functioning AC in any of the rooms during the heatwave, some rooms didn't even have a window that could be opened, the breakfast/evening meal room not made for that many guests that we witnessed

I had a great stay! Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious and high-quality ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel.
