    Pros +

    • Great value for money. Excellent location close to the train station. Easy check-in. Warm, quiet, comfortable room. This was my 4th time staying at this property and I will happily stay there again.
    • Great price and location.Clean quiet room with a comfy bed. Electric kettle and an iron in the room were very useful.Easy check-in, the instructions came shortly before the check-in time. This was my 3rd time staying, and I will stay there again.
    • Location

    Cons -

    • The view from the room (non-existing). There was a pile of some stuff outside the window. There was hardly any daylight coming in.
    • My worst hotel stay ever. Bad cleaning. No adherence to repetitive important complaints. Black mold in the shower. Smell of tobacco or other smokeables through the ventilation. Lack of security. The fire alarm was blocked by previous dwellers. Hotel didn’t fix it even though they were told to do it. The windows couldn’t be fully locked. No plates or silverware in the kitchenette. Only pots and pans. I had to clean the freezer and drawers in the closet before even using it. Cleaning was announced one a week on Wednesdays. But since Wednesday my first week fell on Christmas Eve, the hotel decided to skip it. Hence no additional toilet paper and no clean towels or bed sheets. Next Wednesday fell on New Year’s Eve and the same procedure repeated. No cleaning, no new towels, no new bed sheets in 2 weeks stay.
    • very late to get the code into the facility. Had to call to get the code to get inside. Tried to message them but no answers in many hours. One answer I got the day after.

no breakfast, location good. Very good room, good bathroom, high standard but broken lights. Wifi worked without problem.

    Cleanest

Its right above a night club. You won't be able to sleep until 3 am ! The play really loud music ! To much people screaming after party hours

    Good location and clean

There is kettle and coffee bsgs but there are no spoons to mix the coffee. The lights in the badrums are bad. No shower shampoo.

Very practical. Close to downtown and train station. Very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need to spend a night. Good bathroom. Excellent shower.

The location is in the middle of everything.

I didn’t know the hotel was in a nightclub. My room shook until after 3am and music started again at 0730. The room is tiny and I think I could hear the people next door breathing. The staff was mostly unresponsive. I booked after checkin time and had to wait for 2 hours for my door code. Though I sent them a message requesting it after I received a message with the WiFi code. Parking is a couple blocks away if you need it. There are better options in the same area for comparable rates with breakfast included.

Location is superb and shower is good with the proper stream

The room that I choose didnt look at all as on photo so I called to ask why for example microwave and coffee machine is not there if it's on the photo and got rude reply that i'm not going to get it and all can be found in the kitchen.

    8EmmanuelPosted on: 9-26-2025

It's good enough to stay one night.

Check-in was too impersonal. No staff, just an app. I stood outside for three hours for nothing, just because of the system. No adaptation possible.

    1MarianaPosted on: 9-25-2025

    Central.

The bathroom had a lot of visible mold and smelled bad. The rom should not be rented out!! Health hazard. Also stained sheets.. I will never book anything with this company again.

Convenient for railway station and town centre

Small, gloomy and frankly depressing room. The rooftop bar and serving area for the pub next door was literally just 2 metres away outside the room window (thankfully not in use during my stay). Arrangements for accessing the building via the digital entry code were emailed ahead of time but were confusing and unclear.

    8FriederikePosted on: 9-2-2025

The building is located in the very center. Rooms are equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The shared kitchen provides even more equipment. Beds are very comfortable.

The room faced the terrace of the neighboring restaurant. If you leave the curtains open, restaurant guests can look directly into the room (and you can check out their plates).

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. For 1 person, a relatively spacious room with a large bed. Very clean, quiet place despite being located in the very center of Sundsvall. WiFi worked well. Although there was no food equipment in the room except for 1 glass, a mug, and a kettle, everything else could be found in the shared kitchen on the second floor. Interesting concept with no staff and no keys, which is probably why the hotel can be so cheap and offer such good comfort. Read the instructions carefully, and you won't be surprised. Excellent price/performance ratio for Swedish prices.

My room (102) was relatively dark - there was a big metal container right in front of the window, which blocked a lot of sunlight. The code to the room was sent relatively late (at the time of check-in), fortunately, it did not cause any inconvenience, only stressed me a little.

Great location, it was close to every restaurant, bar and store you might want to visit. Clean and comfortable, no unnecessary facilities if you just want a simple place to stay a few nights while visiting the city.

Our room was missing curtains which felt like a bit of a lack of privacy.

    8KaiPosted on: 8-2-2025

    Easy

A bit nosy - the window in my room opened into the bar (the actual bar) on the terrace next door. Could have grabbed a couple of ciders right from the tab

The hotel is well located in a 5min walking distance from the train/bus station. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood feels safe. The 'kitchen' corner of the room is very basic (electric kettle, a glass, and a mug). More utensils can be found in the kitchen on the 2nd floor, and a cooker is available there, too. It's an unmanned reception system, instructions with the access codes are sent out on the arrival day around the check-in time. The place was clean and had everything I needed for a 1 night stay.

This was my second stay, and once again, I was put in a dark room with windows facing a sheltered outdoor bar setting. While the pictures on Booking.com show bright rooms with windows into a street, this was a different experience. I had to have the curtains closed most of the time to have some sense of privacy. Sitting in the room with shut curtains and the artificial light on was not ideal for me.

Good location - a 5min walk from the train/bus station. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is an electric kettle in the room, a glass, and a mug. Everything else (e.g. cutlery, plates, cooker, etc.) is available in the kitchen located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs in the house, and no lift. No issue for me, but it may be good for others to know. There was no reception and no staff, I received instructions regarding the access codes on the arrival day around the check-in time. That was all smooth. The place was clean. It's good value for money.

My room was very dark with windows facing a sheltered outdoor bar setting. While the pictures on Booking.com show bright rooms with windows into a street, this was a different experience. I had to have the curtains closed most of the time to have some sense of privacy. This made me rather uncomfortable. I have stayed in the hotel twice, and got a room facing this sheltered area on both occasions.
