Best Western Plus Hotel Baltic

I always stay here in Sundsvall but renovating the rooms is still a dream. Unfortunately.

The bathroom was extremely tiny . If you are over 80 kg or 1.80 you cannot fit in the shower. The room was quite filthy. I saw black hairs that were not mine :(

Good location,very clean room and a perfect breakfast!

Room upgrade as was to small for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, all staff we interacted with were friendly and service orientated. Breakfast was excellent and catered for all. Would be happy to use this hotel again when visiting family and would also be happy to recommend to friends.

The Hotel Baltic is a beautiful hotel at a great downtown location which offers a fantastic breakfast buffet! The room I stayed in was very comfortable. Very friendly staff!

The breakfast is awesome. The best I had for a long time. The reception staff was nice and helpful. The sauna and gym are nice.

The room is not big enough. Particularly the bed is too small. I'd expect a hotel of this level to have at least queen size bed as a norma.

The lady receptionist at night was really helpful. They sell beer at reception which is great. Hotel was clean and staffed 24 hours. So late arrival is not a problem. I was pleasantly surprised by this.

This is my kind of hotel.Boutique, clean, comfortable, great buffet breakfast, a la carte restaurant, pleasant staff.

The staff has been very friendly. The location is central and close to good parking spaces. Good variety of breakfast.

My room was on the ground floor and next to the public restrooms. As a result there was quite a lot of noise both from the lobby and from the street outside. The worst thing though is that due to its proximity to the restaurant, there was a constant, strong smell of cooked food which made it hard to sleep.

I loved my beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous bathroom. Lovely restaurant. Excellent food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and am looking forward to coming back!

The best breakfast in Sundsvall. Staffs were friendly and much helpful. The family room was high ceiling and comfortable for a couple with kid. The bathroom was spacious. Gym was good and clean.

I stay in a single room the ceiling was a quite lower than the family room.

Practical location, in the city center, easy to reach by car. There is a parking area in front of the hotel.

Room was disappointing, odd layout, uncomfortable bed.We had a bad luck to meet a reception person by the name K., who's strong side, perhaps, is to show her hostile attitude and to make guests feel unwelcome. To be fair, other reception personnel, who we met at check-out, are totally opposite to her, i.e. very friendly and cheerful people.

Excellent breakfast, easy to park in front of hotel, good staff, room is clean every day.

there is no waredrobe or drawers in the room, there is no minibar in the room, there is no closed shower in the bathroom to avoid wet the floor.

Breakfasts were delicious and very varied, we were delighted with the waffle station and local products. Great gym with sauna right next door to it. The room was large, quiet and cozy (window not facing the street), everything fresh and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Checkout possible until 12. Ideal location for exploring the city on foot.

Very well located, spacious rooms with cute cushions, clean and cosy, excellent breakfast and extremely nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
