Comfort Hotel Sundsvall

Perfect value for money, on-site restaurant offered a variety of food. Got a place in warm garage. Staff very nice

That is located in city center.

# Sounds all over the place. It’s for me weird to listen my next room how they talk or activity. # They free upgrade my room but the bed is not joined together. It’s hard to sleep because the two single bed most of time detaches which is most uncomfortable. # I expect amenity like Toothbrush and Toothpaste Kit & also a room shoes.

very nice and service minded staff, close to the train station, very comfortable beds clean and neat

reception was very nice and helpful, very comfortable soft beds, very good WiFi, really cleanunfortunately no parking on-site, there is big parking nearby ~few minutes walk, and it's really cheap - 39 SEK for 3 hours

Cleanliness, rooms and the other facilities in very good condition, very service minded and friendly staff, good breakfast and locations close to the railway station

tiny rooms, travelling for work I would have appreciated a desk

Room is small but was great for my needs as a single traveler. For two people probably not perfect. Breakfast had what I needed. Clean, modern room.

Location is okay, and there was some, but not a lot a lot of noise from outside during the nighttime.

The staff is exceptionally! Kind, professional, trying to meet all your needs in the best possible way! Service in restaurant during the breakfast is like in the highest class restaurants!

Room cleaning could improve quite.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean and looked nice. Staff was amazing.

Would like some more cleaning. There needs to be better information about whats available in the facilities. For example, we found the ping-pong table on our last day.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed .friendly staff. Always helpful. Avoiding eating breakfast after 9. Its too crowded. Almost no place to sit on holiday season.

They need to fix the escalators button . And knob where u can hanging ur jackets on wall ? Since its very tiny wardrobe?

Breakfast, room, location, dog friendly

The bed was too soft.

Läget. Rummet. Frukosten. Parkeringsmöjligheter i området.

Excellent hotel for sure!! Very nice & kind staff at the reception ~! Check in was simply & didn’t lose any time~ this time I came at 14:00 or 2pm & was checked in right away! The Thai girl was one of my fav because we had a very good conversation together! Then breakfast was always full of delicious food to choose from then it snowed on Monday 10 Nov when I woke up~! Such a lovely phenomenon to see in this calm town!

I didn’t ask the maid to clean my room this time, but I literally don’t need to since I’m only staying for 2 days& I can take care of my own rubbish by disposing it somewhere else & ask the reception desk to change a new towel.

Passable

There is no queen or king size bed.All are with single bed joined, so it’s very difficult to sleep.

Good breakfast and comfortable beds.

Could hear people closing doors a lot and hear things outside the room.

The proximity to everything in central Sundsvall. A handy place to stay when visiting Pipeline.

Quite basic rooms.

I love this place, it feels safe as a female solo traveller and the staff are always really lovely and helpful. The beds are comfy ... brilliant breakfast and great location...near the Central train station. This is my second stay. I will be back!

Very good breakfast with plenty of choices for food and drinks. Comfortable beds. Fan available in room.

Glass panels in shower were missing causing whole bathroom to be wet during/after shower.

Free street parking from Friday evening till Monday morning. Efficient checkin. Properly sized room fitted with a comfortable large bed. Nice bathroom. Good wifi. Electrical sockets near the bed. Elevators available in both buildings. Very good breakfast provided though it’s very busy during the weekends and hard to find a table. Centrally located close to all main attractions, shops and restaurants. Gym available. Restaurant/bar available.

When staying in the conference wing you always have to go through the main entrance.

Very good location. The room was a bit small, but I only used it to sleep in, so it was just fine. . Very reasonably priced and a great breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again
