Quality Hotel Sundsvall

Good location. Good staff.

No air conditioning. No room darkening shades.

Everything was exactly as on the photos, but also clean, comfy and breakfast was exceptional

Children's play room near lobby was chaotic and had some unsafe items in it. Also parking is expensive - even though it isn't hotels direct responsibility, the hotel doesn't mention it anywhere, so expect 30 euro price increase to your stay, or park far away from the hotel to save money.

Nice hotel, close to the train station and town center. They have very good breakfast. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable. Room was quiet enough to sleep well.

Everything was fine.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was very good. The hotel had a nice lobby area.

I really liked the location and also the bed and sheets. The corridors do not smell good and the bedroom was not so clean.

The back door of the hotel that is attached to the movie theater was really dirty.

very satisfied with the hotel staff, the employee was very nice, everything was clearly laid out and she also helped with parking on the street, we are very grateful to her. the food is great, the room is tidy. well-hidden hairdryer, which I would not have found without my husband's help

I had a pleasant stay at Quality hotel in Sundsvall. What I enjoyed the most was the delicious and well-varied breakfast each morning. I also really appreciated the hotel’s kind gesture of providing an extra bed for my son free of charge, which made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Passable

No aircondition in the extreme hot weather. Hardly any sleep in my stay there . 28-30+

Breakfast was good

The quality of the extra bed that I pay beforehand. But I got a sofa bed in the room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all since the mattress was not for standard use so the springs poke on the body.

The breakfast was quite good. The location of the hotel was excellent, not in the centre of town but very near within walking distance. Street parking is available at a reasonable cost.

It would be good if the restaurant and/or a café was open more regularly. Garage parking per day is expensive even though I did not need to use it.

Eight minute walk from station and city centre. Great breakfast, friendly welcome and informative receotionist

Location was great, room comfy, breakfast delicious and rich choice.

Position and parking Staff at breakfast .. attentive

Corridors look tiredUnder refurbishment so change in dining space but perfectly adequate space and provisions

Top hospitality. Staff was very kind and professional. Tasty breakfast and good location.

the breakfast

they upgraded us for free in a family room, but it was not so clean, so much dust under the beds and corners. Also the bathroom was so old with exposed pipes that my kid was taking a shower and he burned his leg

Breakfast was very good and hotels location also. Staff in reception was very helpful and nice, Parking garage was very good!

Very helpful stuff, excellent breakfast (they are very quick to bring a new food when it goes away. So smart and good organized employee at the restaurant). Very comfortable place: gym, parking in the same building (extra charge), thai massage and cinema. The hotel is very close to a city center.

An intensive car traffic and a benzine station under the window.
