The staff was great, the breakfast outstanding, the location very convenient to the highway. They have a gym I was actually able to get a workout in, not just a few cardio machines.

The shower divider was a little tight, totally unnecessary given the room size. I wish Europe would adopt the window screen concept, there's no A/C, but although it's cool outside, you can't leave the window open, or the bugs will EAT YOU.

Breakfast buffet was good except the coffee was mediocre.

Small lounge area and rooms a bit small.

Excellent Breakfast with hot meal options and delicious desserts. Free Parking. Really comfortable beds.

Only thing i noticed is that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, probably eco friendly model.

This is actually review for the city centre branch as they kindly allowed me to swap to city centre branch without extra cost after I booked the north city branch by mistake. Excellent stay and excellent breakfast… I love Scandic Hotels!

Nothing. Wonderful staff and hotel

The only good is the location and breakfast.

We had a very good experiences with all Scandic hotels except this one. I have not felt unwelcoming upon check-in even though arriving early. The surroundings was a messed and no indication or information that the premise is going through a maintenance or something. No information given where you can park your car, where the breakfast is, what facilities they have and what is going on with the premise. We were an hour early, the old lady just sent us off saying not ready, that's it. We missed the hospitality attitude in this hotel. Perhaps it has such a good business til that they expect you not to come here?

The staff are very friendly and the location is great.

Breakfast could be improved, the scrambled eggs for example are not good and there could be more hot options, as the weather is very cold.

Good enough to sleep for one night

Breakfast not taste good.Room is not clean properly .Swimming pool is not safe for kids.The charging Station for the Car is REALLY Really BAD it has stop 36 times( other people complaining as well).Bad Air in the Rooms .!

Peak holiday time, meaning the experienced regular staff were away and replaced by inexperienced youth workers. The situation was chaotic.In addition the restaurant was largely unavailable due to a block booking for a party. This is simply not acceptable when the hotel is busy with overnight guests!

Excellent, great parking, size and interiour of the room, cleaning, pool & sauna in the basement, breakfast etc.

Only improvement would be to add a couple of chargers from an international player and not local so the non Swedish charge cards could work too. There are chargers today, but local ones which requires local apps etc.

The room was big, there were other facilities there such as swimming pool, I didn't use. It was comfortable and unlike many hotels I stayed in the last two weeks, it was not hot at 21 Celsius. Also I ordered food with foodora and it was a nightmare. But Wilma on the front desk was amazing as my problem solver and translator, all with a smile and nothing was a chore to her.

Nothing, everything was good. Had to ask for hot water for my own coffee because there was no kettle in the room, but that's not a problem

It was a family friendly hotel. There was a few playing areas and a pool.

The restaurant service and food were terrible. The staff was not trained properly. They forgot parts of our orders.
