The staff were friendly when we had an issue it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently

Yes The rooms were very basic And extremely warm and it is June and no need to have winter duvets on the beds this made it extremely uncomfortable at night and because the rooms have heavy curtains and small windows no air-conditioning this made it worse

The pool was good, the breakfast was very good but pricey, should be included in the room rate which was expensive enough,

The room was very hot, no air con, fan didn't do much and couldn't open the window, very bad nights sleep. Wasn't worth the money, very overpriced especially having to pay for breakfast separately.

Liked the gym and room was lovely

Tv would not work properly had to ask for milk and tea bags for the room more than twice

The food was pricey and bad quality Rooms are dated and many stains on the carpet

Breakfast was amazing, plenty of variety and selection. Staff excellent. Lots of seating even when busy

Difficult access with 3 young children with a buggy and suitcases. No ramp and no automatic doors for easy access

Big spacious rooms

First room we were assigned has a very bad smell. We were moved when we complained but the staff should never have signed it off as ready for occupancy

Lovely hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, lovely bar food.

Breakfast was not great. Lots of choice but unfortunately all hot options were cold and croissants and other pastry options were soggy.

As in so many hotels it is the staff who merit highest praise.

Really dark in room with inadequate lighting. Room could do with a central light or at least a few more lamps. Dining in the bar was uncomfortable because of the cold, fortunately the food made up for it. Good if you forewarned guests to bring own toiletries including shower cap and body lotion and would be nice if water was replenished every day.

The scenery, the room was spacious. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Food was always fresh delicious. Swimming pool was great

The aesthetic and ambience of the hotel is great..we love it. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Had a good breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is a bit far from city center but made up with nice scenery.

loved this hotel from the minute i entered the grounds . beautiful grounds reception staff were absolutly lovely and friendly. It was spotlessly clean throughout. great bar and food.

Pool

The food service was very poor. Over an hour wait for our mains and most of the food was cold when arrived. Room service was bad. The toasties were inedible and also took a long time to arrive at our room. Also, some of the room facilities could do with an upgrade.

The staff were all amazing. Clear to see how well trained they have been. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a huge two bed family room and it was great. Very comfortable bedsand slept like a baby. Great pool facilities. We ate in the bar the first night and staff and food was great.

Breakfast could do with improvement. Although the selection was there, the quality wasn't brilliant and it was cold. The bread rolls were rock hard and I couldn't get my teeth into them. I think this could be easily improved.

Need an update, changing room in the swimming pool should be much warmer as special for a kids, because it was really cold after swimming. Was disappointed that in the bar there no any entertainment. It would be nice to hear live music on. Over all was not too bad.

Pleasant

The room set up was great as a two bedded family room. Good price too. Just a recommendation, there was a light in the ceiling in the twin bedded room, but no switch at all for it so there wasn't enough light for getting ready, we had to use the light under the press in the kitchenette area while bending down so just a recommendation for more lighting. Also the pillows are very hard and flat! But a comfy bed!
