    • The room was small and noisy. We needed to keep the windows open for air and could hear traffic all night. In addition, there was noise from the stairway and a rhythmic pounding every twenty minutes from an unknown source.

It was new and clean, and an easy walk to shops and local action.

We booked in for a double room. The bed was comfortable but we got a room with no window.. at all. It wasn’t stated anywhere and I wouldn’t have booked if I knew that was the case. It felt very claustrophobic. Note also that you must book in to use the sauna and it’s 50euro a person. Coming from the Radisson Blu down the road this felt a bit excessive

Our room had no window, have to ask to have key activated for gym, must book into the sauna (not widely advertised) as we didn’t realize this and pre book. They also only offer 2 hour time slots which is quite long for a sauna

Beautiful, spotless much nicer than the pictures. Close to the main shopping and restaurant area yet very quiet.

Not a single complaint. Highly recommend.

    Clean, comfortable room

The lack of street parking or an adequate sized hotel car park (the have maybe 10 spaces) would keep me from booking again. Street parking is max 2 hrs.

    Good locationClean

Rooms were tightStaff was not attentive Did not like having to put our key in the slot to keep the lights on

The location was great for exploring the time

I had an attic room - there was constant banging all night from the roof. Very very poor quality of sleep as a result.

    9LisaPosted on: 6-9-2025

The location was excellent. It was a 10-12 minute walk from the train station, but there were all sorts of amenities nearby.

    10LynnPosted on: 6-6-2025

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Dinners were delicious.

The breakfast looked wonderful, but the some of the hot choices were undercooked. Also, the coffee tasted old.

    8LynnPosted on: 6-2-2025

Location and lobby was great, and staff very friendly and helpful

Room was awkwardly laid out—-very little room since the bed was too big for the space. No way to adjust the heat and windows barely opened so we got very hot at night. Curtains did not block the llight and in late May it never got dark so difficult to sleep

Modern comfortable room and facilities.Street parking in front of hotel if you're lucky, otherwise nearby carparks for 6-12 euro.

Poor sound insulation, elephants in the room above us and room right next to entry door heard every movement coming and going.

Location was amazing, close to the center of town. The room was excellent, spacious, clean, comfortable.

    9SarahPosted on: 4-27-2025

Modern, clean and very well designed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and nicely decorated. The spa was exceptional and seems brand new, with a fabulous thermal suite.

Great location and lovely breakfast! Nice chilled out bar!

Was a little noisy outside of the room but all in all it was a great stay and the staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely! Had a great stay

Great location, very comfortable large bed, friendly staff.

Our room on the first floor, near the restaurant and lobby, was unfortunately quite noisy. We could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, which made it difficult to get uninterrupted rest

I got a corner room on the 3rd floor and it was pretty nice and quiet. A bit small but cozy with a big comfortable bed and soft pillows. Complimentary chocolates, yum! It felt so good and relaxing. A very lovely hotel in a fantastic location, plenty of shops and restaurants around and a bus stop within a few mins walking distance. Nice view on the river. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Some weird yellow stains above the window in the bathroom. Omg, the hairdryer! It barely blows the air and makes an unbearable noise, I was terrified ? I thought it would fall apart right in my hand.
