Beautiful setting, lively onside bars, food delicious,friendly pleasant staff.

I prefer a walk in shower as opposed to over bath shower. However shower was of good quality pressure.

Breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect

The price was way too high especially when there is no swimming pool or gym

Room excellent size. Breakfast better than most hotels. Wlaking distance to Shops, theatre / exhibition / church etc

Free car parking - unusual to be charged for hotel car parking

Great hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were very tasty ! I would Highly recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning/heating was a little noisy

Staff member in cafe bar was extremely helpful and attentive to a lady dining alone

Decor, tables and chairs

Loved it from the moment me and my daughter arrived, our room was lovely, clean and a lovely view of the river we will definitely go back next time we will book a room with a balcony. The staff were all very helpful.

The room was comfortable. Loved the fact we could set our preferred temperature. Gorgeous view. Shower was really good and very warm.

The bar was over 21s so we didn't get to experience that.

Location was beautiful. Food was tasty. Staff were great.very central

That there was no window in our bedroom. Balcony was great but I like the window to be opened a little for fresh air.i suppose I could have left the balcony door ajar but didn't like to do that

Staff were amazing , i left my charger behind and Paul foynd it and organosed its return. Really appreciated that.

The only thing I can think of was the lift/elevator was a bit finicky to use with the key card.

Great location in centre of town and gad a great night in the view bar at a party. Cocktails were nice.

Room and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

Breakfast really let the experience down. Most of the full Irish was cold, the bacon was tough and chewy.
