Lift not working, sauna not working, no food after 8.15pm at all (how is that 4 star), breakfast was poor,

Staff very friendly

Food wasn't the best, had to return the fish burnt first time full of bones second time.

The staff were lovely and it’s a very fancy looking hotel.

The toilet and shower just had a glass pane between them making the bathroom either side very narrow

Lovely old grand hotel. Spotlessly clean and within 5 mins walk of Sligos main street. Very soft but comfortable bed.

Bathroom a bit dated but certainly would not put me off going again.

Good big spacious room. And a comfortable bed.Great selection of foods at the breakfast.

I think some rooms near us were in repairs but I heard pipes rattling in the middle of the night which awakened me a couple of times. Most annoying.

We stayed for 2 nights and found it to be a great location next to the train station. Clean, comfortable rooms. Lovely , helpful staff and great food. There was music in the bar in one of the nights which was a treat too.

Very close to Sligo town, clean and friendly staff there was live music in the evening which was very enjoyable!

Location great, hotel really warm and inviting! Complimentary crisps and water in room..nice touch! Staff really warm and friendly...just a great place to stay.

Minor point, but the directions to the room (524) were confusing. These room are on the second floor, I would have expected 5xx rooms to be on the 5th floor. I assume these rooms are an extension, they really should be numbered 2xx.

Like the location because it is beside the Railway Station. It is a short walk to Sligo Town.

I don't like the idea that you need a Credit Card to prove your booking. Some customer s do not use Credit Cards. There should be more trust for a prospective customer to be able to need a booking for hotel at short notice. Next time if I need a room at any hotel I will deal with a receptionist of the respective hotel that I may want to ask for a reservation direct than using online forms to fill in on "Bookings.com".

Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable bed

I loved the location just a short walk to centre of town, staff were friendly and a lovely christmas feel to the hotel, I liked that there was music in the evenings.i disnt

I didn't like the fact that breakfast wasn't included with room rate. I don't like that you need credit card to book at this hotel, I've always been able.to book other hotels with debit card.
