    • Beds nice and soft

    • Lovely room decor and excellent shower.Very friendly helpful staff

    Cons -

    • Room to hot about 30 Celsius inside Very outdated place looks very nice from outside but not so nice inside
    • I paid for breakfast on arrival, but the hotel attempted to charge me again on departure—not just once, but twice. This was eventually resolved, but it was still disappointing and should not have happened. It was also an unfortunate night to stay, as there was a school event taking place and many children were running around unsupervised, which negatively affected the overall experience.
    • I was very happy with everything just keep doing what you’re doing. Very professional and welcoming staff.

Great leisure centreVery friendly staffConor in bar was extremely friendly and helpful. An asset to the hotel.

Restaurant food average . Had a cheese cake which was thick and stodgy which I couldn’t finish. Had cheesecake in jacks bar on a previous night which was light and fluffy. The food in jacks bar was nicer.

The Sligo Park is a classy hotel with really nice big comfortable rooms.

There is no culture of service with a smile. The staff in the dining room were beyond rude. In fact they were quite aggressive when I chose to sit in a 'closed area' because it was by the windows and had more light. They told me it was reserved for a tour party but by the time they had finished the breakfast service no tour party had turned up. Clearly a lie. When my wife camd down from room to.join me for breakfast two staff members intervened to prevent her from sitting at my table and directed her to their preferred area. Really the whole episode was bizarre and unpleasant. Fawlty Towers without the laughs. I complained. An apologetic manager offered me a free coffee. Mmmm....

Location was great, the food was great the reception staff were very polite and professional.

The bar staff were rude as when they were busy, they are very impatient and when they placed your drink on the counter it was aggressive which would cause the drink to spill, and you were left with a wet mess. The rooms were small and the beds and were extremely hard. The pool area was not clen with rubbish floating in the water

A lovely hotel.Even though we arrived a bit late, we were friendly welcomed in the hotel by the night porter.Breakfast was lovely, a lot of choice.Unfortunately, I'm not able to explore ireland all day, therefore I have to stay in the hotel a few hours during the day. Happily, the foyer has comfortable chairs to sit in and a wunderful ambience. The hotel bar also provided life music on the friday night we stayed..The employees are friendly and made us feel at home.

Lovely room with a balcony.Excellent meal at the function we attended.

Not a problem really but we were told you couldn't get a drink after 1 am even though we were residents. We had enough at that stage anyway.
