The facility and rooms are in need of a renovation.

Everything was set up well, Randi from the reception helped.Great location in the heart of Karlskrona! The rooms were clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely return!

A bulb was not turning on for the day I was there, had informed but it wasnt replaced till the time I was there

Cozy hotel that is located in city center and inside the shopping mall. Walking distance to attractions nearby. The bed in the room is quite comfortable. Breakfast is also very nice and lots of choices.

Pillows are a bit too soft and bathroom is somehow a bit small

I reserved a king room for me and my son to have a bit more room, as in the description it listed 20 square meters. What we received was closer to 12-13 square meters. When I asked at reception, they didn’t know what I was talking about with this type of room so I showed them the listing in Bookjng.com. I should have just stayed with the smaller option for a bit less money.

Just in the middle of one of the main streets of Karlskrona. You can easily walk from the station and to any sights that you might want to visit. One little extra that I appreciated was that there was coffee and juice available during the afternoon in the lobby. Perfect for a little break.

Only a minor thing. The way our room was set, I slept under the window. In the morning you could hear the seagulls walking and screaming on the roof.

To my amazement, not all the rooms are like those in pictures. Even the old ones are "superior".Very boring, identical every day breakfast.

I did not received booked room.Room Ventilation could not be closed or adjusted, due to the ventilation room air is very dry and causes respiratory irritation/inflammation.Invoice policy – up on arrival you must pay in front, but invoice is release only at checkout. If already paid why invoice can not be issue on spot or a few hours later? Front desk staff – On arrival I was given a different room type than what I have booked but I was not inform about this, moreover I was charged for the booked room. You need to improve staff training and change system so that invoice can be release as soon as payment is being registered.Breakfast – same arrangement every day! If you stay for more than three days than breakfast food choice doesn’t exist.

Bathroom fan could not be shutdown (always runs) and is noisy (especially during night )Breakfast choice doesn't offers too much choice if you stay for more that 2-3days.PS: Room cleanness has to be requested by Door Card. (This was not pass at check-in)

Superior rooms are fine, clean. In my case, was fairly quiet too.Nothing other that other guests mentioned.Soft mattress was not a problem for me.

You need to ask to have the room cleaned, sheets changed etc.Warning to business travelers - invoice is released when checking out, earliest one day before. For long trips this could be very inconvenient.Breakfast average, identical each day.

Staff was very kind to change the room to another one upon arrival. It was newly renovated and overlooking downtown street. Breakfast was nice but the same every day.

Could be a bit noisy on the weekends, but it was expected.
