Ronneby Brunn

LocationCleanComfortableSize of the room

It is more simple (for example shower, doors, …)Room was far away from the reception (4-5 minute walk)The breakfast was a bit cold (the sausage, eggs, …)

Breakfast OK but could have been open longer than 9:30. Large room was good, likely worth the small extra.

Very nice breakfast, large choice. Good location, nice walking paths around. Good for families with kids.

The balcony, the size of the room and the facilities

The room was very comfortable and practical, extremely clean and well serviced during our stay.

Breakfast was chaotic

Hotel Ok.

I've beed robbed. At night someone sneaked into our car by breaking the window and stole a lot of valuable equipment. there were no cameras where we parked

Bed and comfort in Room

Gym experience is partly dangerous. There is a real chance to harm your self on the cardio devices, also the weight tower has a degradation recognizable.

Fantastic spa facilities and restaurant. Staff were friendly, nice area and nice room.

Breakfast very good and location in forest park. Has great amusment device in water.

The staff was vey friendly and service minded. They supported us when needed and did that with a smile. The breakfast buffé was very good. The water park was fun for the family, and very easy access.

We got our two rooms located as far way from eachother as possible, and it was not possible to have them closer..The family room did not fulfill our expectations, and after discussions they upgraded that room.We asked for a baby bed (cod) for our 1-year old baby, but recieved a regaular bed for her, and we could not get a baby bed.The restaurant that was open in the evening only served grilled meat, pizza and burgers. Would have liked some healthy choice, e.g fish, veggies and sallad.

The room with balcony & pool view

The dinner buffet at the restaurant. They mix the meat with french fries & potatoes everywhere. The cook have to think about customers with allergies & serve more healthy food rather than just fried.

Swimming area og breakfast buffe

You should include the wellness area if you stay at the hotel

Rooms were superclean and fully equipped as stated in the offer.Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Pool area is great.

Food and drink areas weren't clean most of the time. The buffet is not worth the money.

Breakfast was really good!

Hotel haven't been renovated for long, Price Value not ok!

It was a lovely hotel, with very friendly staff, the restaurant was so clean and had good food.My daughter loved the water park; we will go there again soon.

The spa we booked was just below expectations. They only had a bubble pool, and a bigger pool. Basically it was just swimming, it shouldnt be called spa. They didnt offer any spa products like other spa establishments. There were saunas, but after 30 mins inside, the electricity was cut off so we werent able to try the saunas. We got free entry tickets the next day as compensation but after the first experience, we didnt want to go back.

The receptionist wasnt that friendly. She smiles but it feels like she doesnt really want to help. There were no staff in the restaurant to ask to. We waited for 30 mins at the waiting area in the restaurant but everyone seemed to have just disappeared.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet

Breakfast not so good.

The spa and the location.

The quality of the food was bad and didn't match the price. The furniture looked old and had stains. Stains on carpets in the room and other areas of the hotel.

Pleasant

clean

WiFi was poor
