Very beautiful views over the river, love it! Location is in the heart of Baghdad! The rooms are spacious with free minibar, and the staff are friendly, welcoming and very very helpful!! Loved my stay there. Thanks again!! El mejor hotel De Baghdad eso es seguro!!

The staff were very kind. The location is perfect When I asked for any help from the staff, they provided the best help they could.The location is in the heart of Baghdad. So very easy to get around.

The beat thing about the property was its staff, nice and a professional and always smile at you.

It is too expensive for the value. Loud clubs surrounding the hotel, poor sound insulation for the room, loud air conditioning even if not your same room’s ac, and it was set to cold even though it was November and the weather was too cold at night.

I stay 2 nights... both nights ... wedding ceremony where very noisy, it was very difficult

The barbecue smoke at night was annoying and the smell was seeping into the rooms.

The room was shared balcony and I didn't feel safe to open it and have fresh air Also there was apparently some bar or nightclub with very loud drum till 4:30AM

i couldn't sleep till 04 am because of their night club which went till 04 am morning. It is so noisy that I couldn't sleep.I ask refund for my money

The hotel was outdated, the rooms were not the cleanest, the walls had mold, the noise from the outside was load due to windows not sealed properly... and many other issues

One of the most beautiful and comfortable places. My destination is always the Baghdad Hotel. The staff is cooperative and the services are excellent. When I enter the room, there is always a plate of vegetables and fruits. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is classified as five stars, but in reality, it barely qualifies as 3-4 stars at most. The location of the hotel is unsuitable, and the five-star hotel services are lacking. For example, the iron in the room is not available like in other hotels; instead, you have to pay for the service. The breakfast options are not varied for a five-star hotel level. The stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing.

There was too much noise due to Construction work. I complained also and finally changed the room. Also there is literally no vegiterian options in breakfast.
