Milling Hotel Park

Location was very convenient for our purposes (CLAY Museum, restaurants).

Breakfast was copious but could use some quality upgrades.

The staff was helpful and kind. The location was good too.

The open floor shower was terrible. Bed was cheap soft, couldn't sleep and strained my neck and back. Room temperature not adjustable and it was cold. No cleaning everyday, no change of towels. The place was tired in general.

Great location that within 5 mins walk from train station. It provides sumptuous and good buffet breakfast. There is also free flow of dessert, iced-cream and beverages from 3-5pm. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom is really in need of an upgrade. Mold between the tiles and on the shower-head. The bathroom floor and counter gets all wet cause there’s only a small curtain.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good especially the buffet dinner. Ample free parking. Rooms were basic but clean. Crazy golf was a nice addition even though we didnt get chance to play. Happily surprised how quiet it was considering how close to the railway it is.

Rooms were nice but some corridors could do with a lick of paint and some art on the walls.

Breakfast and snacks were great. The location was fantastic. The room was very roomy.

Easy to park, well indicated easy to find. Reception team was OK. Room was clean. Hotel is located at about 15 minutes walk to the main pedestrian street of the town.

Over-priced! Asked for big size bed and got single bed, small enough, at ground floor (zero view). Breakfast was there... Nothing to be remembered for, sleep as quick as possible, then go.

Elegant. Free cofee and icecream (even late night). Enough parking places. Free minigolf and billiard.Kind staff. Good service and food selection for breakfast.Close to the train station, but not noisy and safe even for night walks.

Unpractical shower courtain (but it is visible on the pictures). Still the room is well furnished.

The evening buffet was plentiful and good quality but rather expensive.

The room smelled and the bathroom would need some updating. The curtains do not block the sun.

Good breakfast, free tea/coffee anytime, free parking. Lots of people with dogs stayed at the hotel, but nice that at least during breakfast the main breakfast area was dog-free.

No fridge in the room

Nice old building (a former hospital). Good location, close to the train station and not too far away from the waterfront. Large parking lot. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

My single room was small and cramped. The window opened onto a wall a the back of a terrace, so no view at all and I couldn't keep it open as anyone on the terrace could have jumped in. While the room looked nice, the bed was very uncomfortable. There weren't many power plugs, and they were in strange locations. Finally I have to mention the carpet. See, the large dining hall (under the glass roof) has a carpeted floor. Who ever thought that a carpet in a place where people eat was a good idea to start with?! But then in a corner of that room is a drink dispenser. You know, those horrible things with touchscreens that give you juice and coffee? Well, the glasses are quite small and the dumb touchscreens are slow to react and so it's very easy to overfill. Long story short, so many people have spilled drinks that the carpet around the drink dispenser is either crunchy (where it's dry) or mushy (where it's wet), and you can feel your shoes sticking as you walk! Just get rid of the darn dispenser, and the darn carpet, that's just gross.
