Breakfast was great. The staff was attentive and helpful

Slightly outdated but extremely clean at the same time so not really a complaint

Very nice family hotel. Simple but very clean and good breakfast. As well WiFi is perfect. Also there is a good restaurant from the other side of the building.

Noise insulation is really poor. It was possible to hear how a person in an other room is snoring...

Quiet hotel, next to an excellent restaurant.The U station is just a few steps away.Many free parking places at and around the hotel.The breakfast was one of the better ones I had in the past few years.

The hotel is located in a quiet area a bit fare away from the downtown but very close to my business trip destination. The room was clean and had a big balcony facing the garden.

General level of information on the website and on-site (missing info about checkout times, price of the breakfast is outdated on the website, bike rental is not mentioned on the website, which would have been great for us to know)

Recetion closes at 8:00 pm. No pssibility to drink something in the morniing without paying for a kettle or taking breakfast for 11 euros.

Very clean, functional. A few nice touches, like fresh water fountain and bottles for guests.

Breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean. Parking space was more than enough.For business travel a fine hotel.I can recommend this hotel for any business traveling or short stay.

good connection via U-Bahn (150m by foot) to Hamburg

We waited 10 minutes for someone at reception to check out at 9 am, no staff was there and no fast check out box either. Check in after 8 pm was done very well by phone call/key box!

Breakfast was very nice. The location is in general good: near a U1 station. The hotel has a nice parking place.

Beds were fine. Room was clean

No airco, no soap in the shower. No elevator. You have to pay for the parking and not enough parking spaces. No water and coffee in the room. Price is not to expansive for what you get

the location, proximity to metro station just around the corner 100m and city center 1,6km easy walk, cleanness, polite staff for my stay and needs well suited

the single bed room was a bit small, during my stay some construction was going on across the street I would classified it as minor inconvenience and the hotel staff couldn’t do anything about it anyway

Breakfast was very poor for me and my daughter, thats why I give up from it. You should choose a flexible menu for foreigners.

Very close to the trainstation and only 45minutes to the tradeshow in Hamburg.Breakfast could have inlduded some more hot food like bacon.Room was very clean and good sized.Nice with watertap (sparkling) in lobby.

Lovely location, fairly close to motorway. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast. Great for day trips to Hamburg.

As we were arriving late (long journey) and the reception closes at 8pm, I would have liked to be emailed the details of how to get into the our room. Instead I had to call twice and make notes. Perhaps a system could be put in place for late arriving clients?Also, the room was very hot (amidst summer heatwave) - fan would have been helpful.

Location, proximity to public transport, cleanliness, modern and clean bathroom

Bed was quite uncomfortable and left us with quite some back pain.The price of over 100 EUR per night is a bit high for this location.
