The room was ok but lacking minbar.The breakfast was very good but there was only 1 person around in the restaurant and so this person was very occupied and did not always notice when there was a problem at the buffet (something missing or a coffee machine not working etc)

The welcome at the hotel was poor - not friendly personnel at the reception.Very short and not friendly.

Handy to the bus stop.. great facilities.. helpful staff..

There was not enough light to read by.. and our children were disappointed that the 10 pin bowling wasn't working..

De room was noisy, you could hear the cars oitside very well, it looks like the window was still open, but it wasn't.

Beds very comfy. Food really good. Staff very nice.

We don't recommend to stay at this hotel. The bathroom was very dirty, the photos are attached to the review. I didn't take a shower because of the dirt. The walls in the room had dirty stains. The sheets were smaller than the mattress. We paid €155 per night. I have a question to the hotel management, does this hotel have housekeeping and the standards of cleanliness? It is a shame for the hotel to provide such a service to the customers.

Location was ideal for where I was working and in nice grounds and just a short walk to the town centre

The beds were quite uncomfortable along with the pillows. There was also no evidence my room got a clean during my stay, as the same dust was visible on the floor and water marks in the bathroom

Super friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom light has a motion sensor, so the lights go off if it does not detect enough movement. Needless to say that it's not so great if the lights suddenly go out when you're still under the shower.

Clean and good location . Bowling was great . As was sauna . Didn’t have food but it looked good . In walking distance from centre with restaurants and shops about 2.5km away .

No gym , no kettle , tea or coffee in room . Reception staff always in back room . They could do with a bell to get their attention .

A really cold draft from the window, the curtains did help block this but the curtains then blocked all the heat from the radiator.

The Hotel room was too basic for 100 euros. The bed made sounds and the double bed in my comfort room was just two separate beds that would split apart if you laid too close in the middle.

The breakfast was great - lots of choice with a hot & cold selection & nice fresh fruit (not sure if non-dairy options were available as we didn't ask about them, but it might be helpful to flag if they are available from the kitchen). The selection was also regularly replenished - a big tray of freshly baked croissants was delivered even towards the end of the breakfast serving. The dining/ breakfast & bar areas were nicely decorated with comfy seating & cushions & the fireplace area was particularly appreciated. The pool & bowling alley looked nice although we didn't get around to using them. Finally, the hotel surroundings are lovely for beautiful walks.

The main issue with the hotel was the temperature. In numerous reviews I'd seen problems flagged about over overheating in summer as there were no thermostats in the rooms & no airco, but I didn't think this would be an issue in December. I was WRONG. The hotel generally seems to be very badly insulated - external walls were cold to touch & windows very drafty. When we went for a drink downstairs, staff recommended we sit in specific areas as others were too cold.We were also very surprised at how cold our room was on arrival (mid-afternoon) with temperatures close to freezing outside. We soon realized that there was no thermostat in the room & the radiator was off. Although we turned it on & later closed the curtains to block the drafts (not so helpful since the radiator was behind the curtain), the temperature was not at all comfortable. We avoided the room as much as possible.

pleasant check in staff. We had requested cots which were not in the room, but received an email after our stay informing us about the costs of cots should we want them. We were also surprised to be charged for the cots as normally they are complementary

Restaurant was nice, but service was a bit slow. Breakfast was really nice. Nice outdoor area for relaxing.

The beds were bad, far to soft.Bad that there is no menu in other languages, but only on your phone, which is very small to read. this was even not inform by the service, first when we asked them, they told us.

Unfortunately the room faced west, thankfully the temperature was below 30 degrees as no airconditioning, just a little desk fan. Feel sorry for people sleeping there in summer when it’s warmer. Pillow also soft and sweaty. Only be back in winter ?

Nothing great. Just a normal hotel.

Stayed during the summer. No Air-Conditioning inside the room. The smallest table fan is provided which needs to be kept right next to feel any air. For ventilation you need to keep the balcony door open, there is no other ventilation option. When it’s very sunny the room is just hot !!
