Excellent facilities, location and amenities. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to leave luggage in between stays, umbrellas at the door for us, and very friendly. The cost was excellent!

The hotel is really beautiful, the location, and the staff really gentle.

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have AC, so the night that I stay it was a really hot night, that could be uncomfortable. It's a thing to keep in mind.

Spacious room. Helpful and warm staff. Coffee machine in the room with complimentary coffee.

2 beds stuck together instead of a double bed... a bit awkward for a couple.We never tried the breakfast, because at 20€ per person it seems very expensive.

Clean and value of money,there was some sweet as welcoming and easter time

The buildig was a bit old and our towel wored out , the coffee mashine was broken.

Good location for people coming by car as there is a plenty of free parking on the side. The staff is very friendly. It's clean and quiet. No complaints.

Upon arrival, I was unfortunately given a room with dirty bedding, including hairs on the bed sheet, which necessitated a room change. The second room was cleaner, however, I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, as were the pillows.

I would appreciate better mattresses and pillows

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Have stayed previously but this time in the back rooms which seem more modern and upgraded. Pleasantly surprised. Only negative is the bike rental too expensive.

Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, nice breakfast/dining area, good restaurant (Risotto/Spareribs), well located with city-centre and public transport in walking distance

Walls between rooms and hallway are paper-thin. We could almost follow our neighbors' conversation. Breakfast is overpriced (20,-per person/per day)

Hear every single noise from neighbouring rooms, and our neighbours were having a party so the night was ruined

Evening meals were exceptional, the steak was one of the best I have had. Desserts were expensive @ 13 euros each so didn't try any. There was a good selection for the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly.

Hotel was a little tired. I was slightly disappointed when we booked in, as the photos looked a lot ' posher' than it was. After saying that, our bedroom was lovely and clean and the shower was powerful.

Very nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood, modern and clean rooms, comfy beds, very friendly staff (also very child friendly). Train stop Sportpark within 5 min walking distance.

The only thing that was not perfect was the room temperature, which was rather cold. The small heating in one corner of the room was not very effective. Duvets were warm though, so we didn't feel cold during the sleep. The room could also not be made fully dark during the night (window in the ceiling with transparent cover), which was not an issue in winter, but might disturb the sleep in summer when it's light outside.

Overall the hotel feels dated. Rooms where small and (too) warm. Towels had wears. For the price paid I had expected more style also by Amrath as brand.

The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming.

The room was very cold, kinda dirty in some areas and the bed was very uncomfortable. In particular the mattress was soft as anything while the pillows felt like a rock.

Good Locatiion arrived late and did not try out the facilities .

The big let-down for us was the poor breakfast - frankly it was far from 4 star. The staff were very friendly and most helpful but seemed embarrassed when no scrambled egg was available (leaving only boiled egg) the first morning and again the second morning when no bacon or alternative was available. Our “Superior Room” was ok but was freezing cold on arrival as the radiator was turned off - in mid-January’s frost! A little forethought would have been appreciated.

Well situated hotel, with clean room and pleasant indoors. The staff was also very professional and helpful.

The towels were in VERY bad state… torn apart, thin and with holes. Very small room for a 2 person bed, does not justify the price.

Literally the place was huge comfortable clean , check in was fast and easy , reception helpful. Worth the money for what U get definitely,nice view
