Nice location, quiet, large rooms.

Wifi policy is ridiculous and outdated. Very little TV channels.

Nice room size, easy access parking

Pillows. Cheap, ugly shag carpet in bedroom with corners curling up.

Staff at the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) are very helpful and sincere. Nice pool.

Service from the front desk still needs to be improved (lack of sincerity, not that friendly).

Milk for tea more readily available and a few biscuits would have been nice in the room

The food was delicious, the bedding was cozy, breakfast was also good, and various.rooms are sound proof.gym: nice.the bar: fire.the staff: chill and helpful.lots of nice cozy natural lights.

The right bed lamp didn't work, lots of lyme stone on the shower head(s), the view on the cars and people being able to look in was unpleasant, maybe having a hay or something to make it a bit more.. intimate?sauna: very slippery floor no one comes to clean it, i saw the employee just walking in and leaving, not really nice, very rustic and simple, not what you would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton.

We had a really lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing, which made for a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout our 4-night stay. One of the highlights was definitely the wellness area. Both the pool and sauna were clean, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after a day out. The breakfast spread was also impressive and the kids sure loved it.

We loved all the facilities that are provided by the hotel. The rooms are quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel provides you with many choices for dinner and the breakfast is amazing with lots of choices. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the SPA. It is an amazing place for weekend relaxation.

As I wanted to surprise my partner, I asked for a romantic surprise package. From the decoration perspective, I expected more effort rather than putting in a very few number of rose petals on the bed.

People are very friendly Especially barman - he knows so much and makes hos own baileys! Cocktails are wonderful

Swimming pool water looks like it was not replaced or cleaned for a long time, nasty!I got charged double for a pet fee, 45 euros x 2, however after I gave a feedback the 45 euros was refunded

It's really a nice hotel, with such a friendly staff. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet is very generous. We loved the pool and the rooms are big, nicely decorated and clean. Also comfy but see my minus point about the bed. I highly recommend

The bed was a bit hard and when the partner turns, you move a bitsecond,I went with a kid so I really did not mind but if you are looking for a romantic place, silent, with no kids, please maybe avoid in the weekend as it's quite busy with children.

Very relaxing place. Best sleep I have had for a long time. Room service breakfast was fantastic. Staff are very friendly. Love the Paul and fitness centre. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay here again.

Pillow a bit soft. Would be good to have a choice Heater in awkward position behind curtains so does not heat room well during winter at night when curtains are closed. Checked in with 3 people, but room was prepared and maintained for 2 (not enough towels, tea cups etc.) during our stayCleaners did not check and refill the body soap, shampoo etc.Even though the hotel was half empty, staff did check-in guests in rooms very close to each other probably to accelerate cleaning. However meant a lot of unnecessary noise, in particular when you have a couple with an all night crying baby next to you. Would be much better to place these "challenging" families away from the rest of the guests, in particular when you actually can considering the half empty hotel.Dining area was not inviting and a bit embarrassing - setup like a canteen. Food was average: ordered a medium burger but received it raw. Also getting served a wine glass with a chipped edge. Safety and quality control in the kitchen needs improvement - in Australia or USA you could get sewed! Staff member though did a great job, was very apologetic and offered a free beer. Well done! To summarise a bit of a mixed experience, but overall a hotel with lots of potential to improve the customer's experience, service and comfort once the renovation has been completed and with some extra staff training in the kitchen and cleaning area.
