Comfort single was very comfortable, bed and chair were excellent. Room was quiet.

In bathroom there is nowhere to hang towel after you wash your hand except the very high and awkward located rack in the shower.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is a lovely establishment with lovely clean rooms. We were on the ground floor which had a private terrace onto the front on the hotel entrance. The little coffee shop sell the most delicious bakeries and other essentials which is a lovely asset to the hotel. We didn’t opt for breakfast so this was really helpful during our stay.There’s free parking available around the hotel, you just need to validate your parking ticket at the hotel reception.A big shout out to front desk officer Iris who was really helpful and warm. The cleaning staff did a good job with plenty of clean towels replenished but the toilet brush was left in the toilet (I’m sure in haste). The hotel is not far from scheveningen beach - a short 10 mins drive. It’s really a lovely sandy beach with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and a mall. You can opt for a cheap kibbling meal or a sit down meal at the restaurants.

Just a small observation that whilst I was requesting for housekeeping to come to my room to clean whilst we were out, a member of the front desk had asked me to return to my room to put the wooden sign on the door when this could be easily done by her simply asking the housekeeping to clean the room from front desk. It’s just customer hospitality… to make your customers feel happy and at ease. Upon my request she noted it on the computer but she seemed a bit annoyed having done so.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is good if you come with a car. The equipment is new.The breakfast is very goid but costs 22.5 euros per person.

The room cleaning is very late. Usualy around afternoon. This is not the first time we face it in this hotel.

Rooms are wonderful, beds comfortable and breakfast is fantastic.

Lots of amenities, nice staff, plenty of space, very clean, comfortable patios.

Not much to walk around to see

I just requested a room with bathtub. They gave an answer on arrival day which it was not possible to cancel anymore. They didn’t have room with bathtub. But answer was late. If I know earlier, i would cancel reservation

The location was very good and they had plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant was nice and the lady at the front desk made sure we were able to get in for dinner even though we arrived later in the day.

One of the nicest hogel we have ever stayed! Large rooms with great design, close tothe park, great gym and restaurant.

We appreciated a lot of things: from outstanding facilities and exterior design; to spacious parking with fast charging stations; to very welcoming staff; and surprisingly tasty breakfasts.

The only drawbacks: an air vent (above the shower) felt off all of a sudden; the layout of Junior Suite was a bit unconventional to me (bathtub in the middle of a room, without any separating wall).

Nicely renovated space, beautiful rooms, great location, helpful staff. Oh- phone charger built into the night stand- Genius!!! All hotels should have this!

The parking situation could definitely be better, long walk from the car to the room due to not many entrances to the hotel. We had a few miscommunications with staff that could easily be cleared up with more training. Hotel should have bell staff or more luggage carts.

Amazing breakfast, great facilities, perfect location! Great value as well! We had an issue with the parking, but this was resolved afterwards in a professional and timely manner. Very professional!

Nice hotel located a short car journey from The Hague and 40 km from Amsterdam. We stayed there to visit the Keukenhof tulip gardens. Our room was lovely and big and the bed was comfortable and my husband was impressed with the built in wireless chargers on the bedside tables. Even though we didn’t eat there, the restaurant looked nice and we had drinks there one night. There was a small area in the reception area where you could buy snacks and drinks, and there was also a coffee shop that had delicious pastries and breads/croissants.

If I were to be picky then the shower needs to be higher up for those who don‘t like the showers on the ceiling. Also, for those like me who are vertically challenged ( short ), then also it would be nice to have a mirror in the bathroom that extends out.

Our a/c did not work so we had to switch rooms. The front staff was super helpful and friendly, but it was annoying as our room type was not available after that. It is a bit of a budget hotel and I expected more in general.

Location, location. High standards, great breakfast.

This is becoming a large hotel. Reception very good but restaurant at time (over) crowded.
